First let me say the quality of this item is excellent. It comes well packaged and each lens and all items are contained in individual plastic bags. The size from the small to large is approximately 1/8 of an inch but surprisingly works for the two pair of reading glasses I use at the computer. Also included is a test card with information and a blue light with an intense beam. You can use this to verify the effectiveness of the glasses. It does very well. The intensity of the beam exceeds what you would generally be exposed to from the computer, nevertheless, it works.
I have noticed a significant difference by using these glasses. I do not experience the fatigue and tired feeling as readily wearing these glasses.
Also included, a glass cleaning cloth and a case to store everything.
Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase at this time, and would recommend consideration.
They work well, do not turn everything orange, and are comfortable enough to slip on to your reading glasses. Well advised if you stare at a screen for more than a few moments. Considering reports are now stating that blue light has the capacity to permanently damage your vision.
I got these to use while on the computer to block out the blue light. Works great and does reduce eye strain. I fall asleep faster now as well. Very satisfied and would recommend. Fits perfectly over my prescription eyeglasses.
Great glasses. Reduced the blue light significantly and allows me to get to sleep faster at night.
They did seem to make a little difference for my eyes. I liked the flexibility which allowed you to keep them on and just lift up the lens when you need a cleaner view. The set was a better buy then others but the protection was the same.
