These are GREAT. From someone who has had mastitis twice and is constantly battling clogged ducts, this saves so much time in that you don’t have to make hot packs to use prior to feed/pumping. They stay hot for a long time, long enough to not reheat and help open ducts up. They are large and for someone with a 34DD cup they couldn’t be smaller - so they are not too big at all. If they are too big you can put on the under side of breast to get to the ducts there. This is a great tool. I use in combination with a lactation massager (it vibrates) and really helps ope ducts up.

In August I found out that I had amorphous grouped microcalcifications that were scored Birad 4. A biopsy was ordered. Due to other health issues I couldn't do the stereotactic biopsy and had to have an excisional instead.

I purchased these Breast Ice Packs as well as these small ones https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FM1DVDZ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I wasn't sure what I would need or how either would work. Both were very similar. They don't stay cold for very long but that was okay. They say to only apply ice for 20 minutes at a time. These worked for that.

I took each of these pink ones and put them in separate gallon freezer bags. I put the blues in a gallon freezer bag as well, three in each bag. I rotated through these and it worked perfectly. The soft side is super soft and comfortable. The plastic side is colder but not as nice against the skin. I was bandaged so I had that extra layer in between.

For my purpose I think I liked the small blue ones a little better as I could move them around in my sports bra with a bit more flexibility. But I'm still glad I got the pink ones. I could move those around as well and position them as needed. I'm small/medium chested (large B small C) and these gave me a decent amount of coverage.

Overall Im very happy with these. It served the purpose I needed them for and I do like how soft the soft side is.

Let me start by saying that I originally bought this for my breast. I have actually ended up using this as a warm tummy pack on my newborn daughter who gets bad tummy pains at night like clock work. Warming this up and placing it on her tummy is the only thing that brings her relief. It almost instantly stops her crying and she falls asleep within minutes. Thank you!

I bought these for my wife to help with her recovery after a lumpectomy. She wore these daily and having two allows you to swap so one will always cold. Ladies, please don’t skip your mammogram! Catching it early saved my wife!! This product worked great!

Recovering from breast surgery and these have been amazing!

The cooling/heating functions of these packs seems like the big selling point for these, but I haven’t tried to heat them yet. As for ice packs, they work, but when frozen they are an awkward fit inside a bra. To cover enough of the breast to make a difference, you have to sit back and hold them - which obviously never happens when you have a baby. Multiple friends have recommended frozen pea bags instead. I’m giving 4 stars because the product is as described and probably works well for heat, since they wouldn’t be quite as stiff. I also like the soft side of the packs.

So thankful I found this product, only wish I had purchased it sooner! I exclusively pump, and wish I had this six months ago when I started! They are so soft and comfortable to use. I noticed the first time I used them, my let down happened faster, and I was able to pump more in a shorter amount of time. Very thankful for this product! And I know I will use the cold pack feature when I start to reduce my pumping sessions.

These pretty pink ice packs have tiny pea like pellets on one side and a very soft white surface on the other. The shape is perfect for the "girls" or wherever you need a quick ice numbing. They freeze up well but they thaw rather quickly. It could be that it is because the "peas" move around and thus do not keep each other frozen for long. Although they work for 5 to 10 minutes, I would still use them for emergencies. My first choice is my homemade frozen Karo syrup in doubled Ziploc bags. It freezes up really well and you can mold it to any part of the body for the icing effect. All in all, these are worth a try. Did not try heating them

This has been a great buy already and I'm sure it'll be even more useful once I get back to work and I'm pumping during lunch breaks. This breast shaped hot/cold compress will be your best friend if you're breastfeeding. The cold compress relieves pain from engorgement and the warm compress speeds up the let down reflex. I woke up to a clogged duct and used the warm compress before I fed my son and pumped and it was unclogged the next morning. Not to mention the warmth feels great!

The back side (not the plastic but the other) is so soft!! I was completely surprised when opening the package. They are also larger than the others I have seen as well. It makes the pain and swelling feel so much better and I haven’t had any irritation since it is so soft. Will be buying more for myself and friends who are in need!
