I used it in Haiti for a week on 300+ people (medical mission trip). The device worked great until the temperature began to rise. I was outdoors the whole time, so the device would not work or give incorrect readings which I believe was do to the heat. Other devices we used had the same problem. I would use a sterile wipe to cool it down this seem to allow the sensor to calibrate. Other than that the device worked great and was accurate within a few points (verified with another device). For home use it would be a great device.
I originally gave this product a 1 star review because I could not get it to work. I tested it out when I felt fine and it gave multiple erroneous readings. However, their customer service is fantastic and they offered to refund or replace at no cost. I really feel like they went above and beyond to try and make things right, to which I give 5 stars for great customer service.
I love this thermometer. Two in one, forehead or ear. It is very accurate because I tested it against others. It's so much more convenient and sophisticated than sticking that old mercury thermometer in your mouth and waiting for minutes to get your temperature. Great price for a great device.

So far seems to be fairly precise after being using it for some days. Package arrives with the QC passed sticker on box. I really adore the forehead scan part. Moreover, it makes parent life so much easier as you can take you child temperature reading while they were sleeping and the results comes up instantly. So far no cons about this product but will edit this post if I found any in future.

Nice packaging and bag for keeping the thermometer safe. The reading of the forehead and ear are within a few .2. I have attached display photos. Easy to read. I always worry about getting correct temps because other digital thermometers don’t seem to be consistent. This one seems to be consistent for both ear and forehead temps. I’ve tested it out on my daughter, husband and myself and works better than several others I’ve used. Would definitely recommend!
I needed to replace my thermometer since my son put the digital thermometer into his mouth after I had a fever of 102 degrees. This is a very good digital thermometer, you could take temperature on your forehead or in your ear, and the reading is very fast and seems to be consistent, I also like the case cover which comes with this thermometer, it is very cute and convenient to keep this thermometer clean.
