Bought these for a youth athletic program! They have been great to have on hand! Small and only last for 10-15 minutes but works great immediate need
For some areas is a good product like knee, elbow not for low back(you will needs 2). It's a difficult to crunch because the size, for people that have arthritis like me is a little hard.
Packs are great. We use them to ice my girl's feet at softball tourneys (using the Natracure booties to hold packs). Solves problem of keeping gel packs cold on the go.
Packaging was horrible however. I really should have counted to see if they were all there based on the bursting box.

Hard to break but stays cold longer than many other similar products. I use them in our daycare for outside injuries.
it works like a regular ice pack but with much better price! it's super cold for about 5 mins and last about 15 to 20 mins in good temperature. they are great for emergency use. will definitely reorder!
