I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer's order but this really is a case of 18 rolls. I've purchased this more than once and have had another width (2") through subscribe and save for years. Considering how much a single roll of (brand name) costs at the medical supply store, this is a DEAL at well under $2/roll. It's not as thick as (brand name) but for my particular use that's not a problem.
Use this for work. Works well. I have ordered before and will again.
I have venous ulcers and use this with an unna boot. It works great.
