Works to block light. Middle clip workings are large and unattractive, but sturdy. Lenses scratch very easily from day one. Have had two days and already scratched. Must admit eyes feel much better at day three.
Update: 1-17-15. These really help. Very much worth the money so far. Have not had any more problems with scratching the lnses on these.
Update: 1-25-15. Three of the four small plastic things that are supposed to keep the clip ons from scratching my prescription glasses came off. They are very little black hollow tubes closed on one end. I found and put two back on. I probably vacuumed up the third. There are two spares in the case. They just slide on. The glass cleaning cloth in the case is nice.
Update: 8-2-15. I bought this and the amber (53 years and older) glasses (I was 52 and a half). As time has passed, the amber glasses work better for me. But I use both. I find myself constantly cleaning these to see properly. They both help my eyes. I also use eye drops and blue light screens on the laptops.
I bought a pair of these when my eyes were starting to hurt from prolonged times looking at screens at work, computers at home, all day at my smartphone.... and am I ever glad I did!
The first day I wore these, my eyes didn't start feeling any strain until after about seven hours at work (instead of hurting after one). I kept wearing them and despite looking rather geeky in them (nothing new with me), the longer I wore them the longer it was before I felt any eye strain at all. After less than a week, no pain whatsoever! That's exactly what I was hoping for!
These lenses are an absolute godsend for anyone who spends endless hours in front of a computer and feels it most of the way through the day.
I originally was going to give these a Four Star rating as you can see the apparatus that keeps them attached to your glasses while you wear them. Then I realized that after awhile you don't notice it anymore, and the benefit to my eyes is worth the extra star.

I'm a person who's always looking at a computer monitor, so I can say with confidence that these glasses work pretty well. Better than I expected. Noticeable difference after hours of computer use in a dark room. Significantly less eye strain and my eyes don't tire. Pretty good.
The clips are surprisingly unobtrusive. Read some of the reviews and was worried about them as they do look pretty large in the picture. But at least for my glasses, they didn't get in the way at all.
Overall, they do what I want them to, and are good computer lenses.
I was a bit sceptical at first as to whether these glasses could actually help with things like dry eye and eye strain from the computer blue light. I've been using these for a few days now and I can definitely say they absolutely do help. I spend most of the day on the computer and I've been wearing them religiously. They are very lightweight and you forget you have them on. When I take them off after wearing for a while you realize just how much glare comes from the computer. I had originally bought a pair for my husband and he loves them. He used to get tired sore eyes after being in front of the computer for a long time. No more tired eyes or feeling sleepy staring at the screen. Some of the reviews mentioned being aware of the pads on your lens when wearing them but after a short while I didn't even notice it. I was also impressed with how responsive the company was when I contacted them with a question. They responded immediately and were great to deal with.

- Easy to put on and remove, just push together to open up the soft grip binder that goes over your glasses.
- Does not seem to damage your glasses.
- Makes everything look a bit nicer and for me personally i have noticed i feel happier while using them.
- You will hardly notice your wearing them.
- If your like me and you use a computer a lot then these will help a ton, i play video games so these allow for longer time without my eyes burning from looking at my tv screen all day.
- Comes with a pretty nice case and a few other things which makes for a nice kit to keep them clean.
CONS
- These are not build tonka tough so you need to remember this while cleaning them.
- They may not be the most stylish things to wear out.
- While simple to place on your glasses they can get a bit confusing since you must remove your glasses to place them on correctly, but thats not to much of a problem.
- They get dirty pretty fast with finger prints and marks n such which is to be expected.
Shipping was fast with this product, it came nicely packed with its own case and cleaning rag which could be silk (not sure). I highly recommend these if you wear glasses and want a pair of those yellow lenses for gaming or just working on computers.

These are excellent quality. They come in a cool case with accessories (cloth, sweet little screwdriver, bag, and extra rubber parts). And when I put them on, I could feel my eyes relax. They do what they say they do, and the colors of my screen are only slightly affected. The white looks a tad pink to me (I know, odd, but I don't see more yellow, just a slightly pink or very light coral color). The blues are teal now. Definitely tones everything down where the colors are not screaming at you.
Now, the reason for one less star. The weight. I am sitting here with my regular glasses on, the DUCO's attached, and a piece of cloth over my nose! Yes, that's the only way I can use these. Otherwise, they make the nose pads of my glasses dig into my rather bony nose. Not fun. But I don't care. I love the way my eyes feel and maybe it will save them from further degradation by computer usage.
I've owned these glasses about 6 months now and as a software developer and generally as someone who spends a lot of time in front of a computer, these filters WORK. My eyes are so much more relaxed and it's so much more pleasurable working now. Before, when I sat down in front of my computer, I had a timer in my head that would count down before I had to just stop and look away to avoid "dry eyes" and headaches. Previously I tried tinkering with the computer brightness, backgrounds of coding windows, etc - those made minimal differences and I still always left the computer "fatigued" from eye strain. These filters have changed all of this and to be honest, for $30 it's a STEAL. Even if you don't need glasses, get you some 1x glasses from your local drug store and put these on it - your computer life will be so much more better. I am probably just going to buy another one so I have a pair in my bag when I travel and one for home. Highly recommend.
I recently had a stroke and now I have a bright patch of light glaring at me in my upper left vision. Patterns are always duplicated from another part of my vision into that upper left area. And bright light is very painful and makes that patch area really wig out. These clip-ons seem to calm that down on the computer and when I get a headache from light bulbs and florescent lights. They really help in a grocery store or a big store like Walmart with all the florescent lights. I'm going to try walking through the mall again. Last time I tied before I had these all the bright lights blinded me and set off my vertigo. Hope these can help others.
Got these about a week ago and feel, subjectively, like I definitely notice a difference. I work in tech and my eyes usually feel pretty "raw" at the end of the day.
I've also been using them a lot at night since I'm terrible about using my devices in bed before I go to sleep. I'd had them on for maybe 20 minutes one time when I was on my tablet. I flipped them up for second out of curiosity and definitely felt a sense of "whoa!" when comparing how hard the light hits you without them. YMMV
For the last four years I have been being treated for migraine headaches. I am currently employed as a casino surveillance agent probably not the best career field for a person with migraine or headache issues. To cope at work I was relying on different clip on sunglasses, when those started not work I went with some night vision contraption that helped a little but not a lot. So finally I went and started doing research on computer glasses. I kept seeing article after article or website for Gunnar computer glasses. Since I wear prescription glasses and buying new glasses wasn't in the budget
I kept looking finally I came across a link for Duco computer glasses. I followed it to Amazon and read the reviews. I originally opted not to get them. But then decided to give them a shot. They are not prefect while I wish they clipped on to my glasses from edge I have grown use to them. They greatly reduce the glare from the computer screens and monitors, in short I have been very happy with them and would even consider getting a replacement pair
