This tape is great. We're currently using it to seal a plastic trash bag around my wife's broken ankle for bathing. She is in a cast that must be kept dry. This tape holds well, even when wet. Yet, it releases gently from skin. We first were exposed to it about 6 years ago after my surgery, and have been big fans of it ever since. This package of 6 rolls was priced well and arrived quickly.

I like everything about this tape. Easy to unroll, easy to tear across its width or long ways. It is supple and follows contours better than most. The only improvement to be made, in my opinion is in its adhesive power. It comes loose at the corners and then all edges a little too quickly on bare skin. If tape wraps upon tape, it stays very well. I guess that means it comes loose once the body starts producing oil under the tape, no matter how well you clean the taping site. I will continue to buy this tape.

We checked the local drug store - they don't carry this tape. We couldn't find it anywhere until I came to Amazon. The best thing about this tape is that it is easy to remove and doesn't take the skin with it! The box was crushed by the time it arrived but otherwise everything was fine.

This is the best tape to use for wound care dressings. It tears off roll easily. It says where you place it. This was my second reorder. I will reorder this tape if needed again. Great value at a great price.

I bought this tape after breaking my ankle .. needed tape to secure a garbage bag over my lower leg so I could shower without getting my external fixator wet. Great price, great tape. Very sticky, but doesnot leave a residue on your skin. Cannot recommend this enough.

I have used this type of tape for years. Sticks very good no slips i have seen. The glue comes off for the most part easy sometimes it may be a little harder to remove than others. Its easy to work with and sticks very well.

I bought the tape for my sister-n-law who has lymph problems and swelling in her legs so she has to have her legs wrapped each day the tape keeps the wrapping on.

This tape works very well for leg wraps such as elastic bindings. Excellent adhesion yet easy to remove.

The auto shutoff is great, you don't have to babysit it. The cheaper one on here does not have the auto shutoff.

Some of the tricks I used to do to my shoes were to leave them outside in the sun during the hot summer. This worked really well granted I didn't forget about them once night or rain came.

Another trick was to wrap the shoes in a plastic bag and stick them in the freezer overnight.

Both tricks will kill the bacteria but the smell would always come back after 3-4 days at work. This light has already given me 5 days of wear without a trace of smell. Easy, quick, 30 mins and you're good to go.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my athletic 26-year-old son, who has dyshydrosis (sweaty hands and feet), and whose shoes often are discarded due to smell way before they actually wear out. He's been using a combination of baking soda and other deodorizing powders for years in an effort to deodorize his athletic shoes and prolong their life. After a 2-hour run and informal baseball game with the usual resulting soak of sweat in his shoes, he used this shoe sanitizer. I visited an inexpensive nail salon and ended up with a nail fungus. I knew better than to visit one of those but, alas, I was being cheap...and ended up paying for it. I assume it's doing it's thing- sterilizing. Occasionally I have to tighten the bulb (even though the bulb feels tight) after a couple of uses to stop it from giving me an error (blinking light) and then it works- so that's a minor issue. Works on most shoes because of the straps included (simple Velcro straps- which did pull apart at the seams but it was a quick fix with needle and thread). I even used it on flip flops!
I also bought extra bulbs just in case (even though the bulbs are supposed to last about 2 years). Easy to travel with but I would pack in hand luggage because the item does seem fragile and the plastic framing could crack (or bulb shatters) pack in original box if space permits. I love being able to sanitize my shoes, so when my daughter moved out and took our SteriShoes (which we've had for many years) with her, I just had to buy another pair. I am very pleased that the new ones are smaller. While the older version was fine for regular shoes with backs, these now work great for sandals and will fit easily into boots as well. Badly injured a knee several years ago. Walks and hikes were problematic as the knee would start hurting during and after the walk. Decided to explore non-surgical alternatives first to see it anything would help. Greatly reducing wheat and processed carbs made a significant improvement, but there were still some issues. Ran across information on collagen, and decided to try it out. When I take it regularly, I can usually walk pain free. On top of that, my skin looks more radiant, and my nails are stronger.

However, I was not a fan of paying $40 a pound for a certain "Kevlar-clad" brand. Did some additional research, and was please to see that this brand also uses an enzymatic process to break down the collagen, and is sourced from pasture-raised cows. After trying it out, I am very pleased. Like the other brand, it is practically tasteless, and readily dissolves in warm to hot liquid.

Please note - my experience with dietary changes and supplementation is that it requires patience and usually take weeks to several months to see significant improvement.

This is the fourth brand of collagen peptides I've used. I've been taking this for about six weeks and am satisfied with it overall. Results were slower to come than with some of the other brands I've used, but I did get them eventually. For example, with the first brand I tried, I noticed that my knees stopped clicking within three days of use. With this brand, it took about five weeks to get there. For other benefits -- faster recovery from workouts, strengthened hair and nails -- it took me about one month to see results with this brand whereas others gave me the same results inside of two weeks.

Custom Collagen is hard to beat on price. Yes, I got quicker results from other brands, but I paid significantly more. Also, I started with this product right after using another that gave me no results at all. If I'd transitioned from one of the other results where I got good results, I might not have noticed the lag. If you're already using a brand you like but want to save some money, this would be a good option to maintain your results without spending as much.

In terms of use, this product mixes well in warm or hot liquids. The taste is minimal when take on its own and disappears entirely in coffee. I often mix it with Thrive 6 mushroom extract powder. Thrive 6 has a strong taste -- it's not unpleasant, but it definitely overwhelms the collagen if I just have those two mixed together in water. But mixing those two in warm broth is very nice indeed, and that's become my usual way of taking it.

I'm a little torn on Custom Collagen. It's not my first choice, but it's a very solid second choice. And, unfortunately, I'm at a point where cost is a significant factor. Custom Collagen took longer to work for me, but now I'm getting the same results for far less money. That's why I plan to stick with this for a while.

I tried the 2 lbs canister first and saved it to refill from the 5 lb bag/box. Mixes well into anything and does not change flavor. Perfect in my Bulletproof Coffee! My hair, nails, and knees LOVE it! There is a good deal of information on their website. You simply cannot beat the value. The only thing I'd change is the zip tie closure of the bag. I don't mind having the bag in the box, but a resealable bag would be appreciated. I will purchase again!

I have been using this Beef Collagen for 6 months. I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in both of my knees in November 2017 and was given a shot in both knees with some silicone stuff that remoisturize's the joints within 6 weeks. Each shot was $1365.00. Every week my joint got better, so the shot did work to rid most of the pain. So to maintain the moisture I was using the old Glucosamine supplements. I have used this type of collagen for a number of years to treat severe osteoarthritis in my knees, shoulders, hip, neck and spine. I have tried many different brands and they are all basically similar, and state that they are quick dissolving and tasteless or "almost tasteless". This brand dissolves quicker than some of them and less quickly than others, but this difference is relatively small. I can say without doubt, however, that this brand comes much closer than all of the others that I have tried, to being absolutely tasteless. This is very important to me since I mix it with plain water and drink it. I am planning to buy it from now on.

I can't say enough good things about this product! I previously used a different collagen for 6 months, every day, and saw no visible changes but when that product was out of stock I chose Custom Collagen instead and within 2 bottles of using it noticed a definite increase in thickness to my previously thinning hair. I've been using this product for a few months and have noticed that my under eye area seems to look more hydrated and fuller. I'm only 20 but staying up late from studying really took a toll on my under eyes, they looked dark and sunken all the time - even after getting a good nights rest! I've tried too many eye products, and spent too much money, on products that didn't work in the past. This is calming, non-irritating and I use it all day long to keep my crow's feet wrinkles at bay. Price is best on Amazon, that I have found.

For almost two months, I've had problems with my eyelids being dry, cracking, itching, and burning like crazy being in a super dry climate. They've been red and noticeably marred. Nothing I've tried has helped at all. In two days since I've had this stuff, it's improved so much that it hardly hurts and the visible signs of cracking are almost entirely gone. My eyelids thank Neutrogena. The first time I applied it, it stung just a tiny bit, but it was fine, and getting a bit in the corner of my eye by accident didn't cause any problems. Good stuff!

I wanted to love this eye gel cream as much as I love the face serum but I don't. It just really doesn't hydrate and smooth the undereye area which is surprising because the serum and body cream gel work spectacularly well and make my face and body feel so soft and supple and hydrated. I will continue to use this and hope that it will eventually soften the fine lines and dryness around my eyes. If not then I will look for another eye cream that delivers the benefits it promises.

Super hydrating! I get botox around the eyes but still have dynamic wrinkles when I smile. This works amazing to plump those lines up and make them less noticeable. Long lasting. I will most definitely be buying again.

The first time I used it it kind of burned but I figured it was because my eyelids were so dry. I’m a welder so I have dry skin due to the heat, dust, etc. Anyway I kept applying it and the burning stopped after the second application and now my eyelids aren’t dry anymore. great stuff for old eyes that need a little moisture under the makeup. I have used products from plastic surgeons who sell something similar that costs 6 times more, and this is superior to it. Give it a minute or two to "soak in" before adding makeup.

I thought I was buying 5 gel filled inserts, not 5 cell based papers, that I would need to soak in water (but not too much because you run the risk of the cells filling up too much), wiping them down, then freezing them.

They do freeze nicely and to a nice temp that lasts long. However, if you messed up on that first long important stage, you can end up with inserts that aren't straight but are curved, and won't fit easily into the Ice Wraptor (which ships with a gel based cold pak, same exact size as these), and definitely will cause you pain (when you likely don't need anymore pain!) shoving it into the Ice Bandana.

Maybe this was all in the writeup, but I was needing to shop fast, and that picture doesn't really help you out. But if I need to buy more inserts, I certainly will consider these again. The process wasn't traumatic or anything :) Just do NOT wait until the last minute, ie close to a surgery etc, to order these. Understand the prep time needed so they are all frozen, the devices you will be inserting them are "broken in" and you won't have any of the issues I mentioned! I got through everything, I have 5 inserts to put into the two products I bought (in addition to the gel insert that shipped with the Ice Wraptor) and now I can keep ice on my head and neck comfortably. A bit more of a pain to start out than expected, but now, I'm set!

These are the best. I purchased an Icy Cools neck band with 2 Therma Freeze inserts a few years ago. They stay frozen for about an hour in 90 plus degree Tennessee summer heat. I used them so much I damaged one. I could not find refills like these so I purchased liquid filled inserts. They only stay frozen about half an hour. I was so pleased to find the original Therma Freeze inserts this summer. I ordered 2 packs. I no longer use the original neck band. It can be a little difficult to get the inserts in and out. The neck band was also a little bulky. I now use the frozen inserts in a bandana. Easier to exchange inserts and lightweight.

I have learned to hold each end and just pass them under the tap running tepid water a couple of times. If you really soak them they get too puffy. If you don't let them soak enough they thaw too quickly. Can't comment on how they fit into certain products. These are a little tight in my unbranded wrap, but with a small sharp scissors you can carefully round the corners which helps to feed it in. They freeze quickly, and do stay cold long enough once you learn the optimum amount of water to use.

Followed the advice of other reviews and just ran under water until they got as full as I wanted them. I would not soak them becasue they will get too full. The inside turns permanantly into gel when water is added. Very simple to use. Others gave a bad review but they didn't take ther time filling the,. Love these things! If they are too big to fit into a neck ice collar, they easily can be trimmed to fit.

These were great to use! We bought them for a trip to the Grand Canyon and they stayed nice and cool. I loved that they're so lightweight and easy to pack in luggage. Sadly, they take a LONG time to dry out, so the way home, they were still wet and some of the gel oozed out a little. Nothing bad, but it would be better if they dried out faster for storage. If you're using them all the time, they'd be perfect!

I have used these inserts daily for about two months now and appreciate them so much! They are great at keeping me cool and minimizing my Multiple Sclerosis symptoms, which are totally aggravated by heat. I own an ice vest as well and if I am going out for the day will bring that, but these are my favorites. They are light weight and easier to hide in all the right places!
The inserts take up minimal freezer space and are pliable. The plastic is a bit flimsy feeling but so far have been very durable. The cooling effect lasts for about an hour.

These are great. I sew and so I wanted to make my own bandana sleeves with fabrics that I love. I had looked for these type of inserts for a long time and was so glad to find them. You simply soak with water until the expand and then put in the freezer. They are great for summer gardners, ball players, or any outdoor activity. They really do keep you cooler when you're out in the heat.

I bought these last summer during a heat wave and they're great. I stuck them in the freezer and used them inside hats, pockets, swimsuits, etc. They even made gardening bearable.

Women, you will understand this...I bought these to keep in my purse to use when someone, who has not yet perfected the squat, uses a public restroom before me. I carry these with me all the time to clean my hands before eating when I am away from home. Perfect for travel -- wipe down the arm-rests, tray, seat-belt buckle, etc on airplanes, so you don't catch the cooties left behind by a zillion other passengers. I've used these wipes for years, ever since they came onto the market. I keep my purse stocked with them. When I go out I wash my hands before eating. But, there are handles on public restroom doors and who know how many people do NOT wash their hands upon leaving. So, before I pick up any silverware at the table I open a wipe and sanitize my hands. These things have been SO useful aboard the four cruises I've taken. Washing my hands and using these wipes are a routine for me. I don't get sick.

Super cute and works well... I made two mistakes with this purchase however. I had intended to buy the one that included the hot water bottle.. so make sure you double check which one you're adding to your cart... but once I finally got the hot water bottle to use this, I had to deal with the arguing over who it belonged to... sadly, there's apparently an unspoken rule in our house that anything with a fox on it automatically belongs to my husband (despite his lack of menstrual cramps!)... So I definitely recommend this, its adorable. However, I'll be needing to order another one soon, with a different image (here's hoping I can find an owl!)

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit nervous ordering this. I am so glad I did. It is adorable! Inside you can see the threads where the colors change but unlike other reviewers I have yet to end up with strings all over the place. It keeps the water hot a long time. I have already recommended it to friends.

This fox cover has a soft feel and is a small, quality knit. It is slightly better quality than the Blue Cover with a Black Cat, but I like that one, too. It's easy to put an empty bottle inside when you roll the bottles sides in. We haven't yet tried with a filled bottle.

There are lots of longer, slightly loose threads on the inside (behind the fox and trees) due to the colored threads used for the picture design. I think this is typical manufacturing and hopefully it doesn't get damaged by putting the bottle in over the years.

The threads will provide a thicker cover aka probably more insulation on the picture side. As a result, each side of this cover has a slightly different thickness. You can decide a balance that works for you based on varying cover thickness and varying texture surfaces on the hot water bottle itself.

We've had some very subzero nights lately, and cuddling my hot water bottle with this soft cover has been just the thing to help keep me warm. The quality seems good - no pilling or unraveling. It covers my hot water bottle exactly - so much so that my husband thought it was a secret bottle of booze or something in the bed. Lol

This little sweater for my water bottle is the best. I'm not sure why I did not buy one earlier. Once I put the hot water in the bottle, I have found that the bottle stays warmer longer, even until morning. I love this sweater, I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone.

Very soft. Easy to put on. There are strands of the yarn poking through the front, so I don't know how well it will wear over time.

Fox- Fit my attmu water bottle perfect- it is very soft and not very thick at all. I was concerned that if I got a cover it would be too thick- this fox cover is great quality and not too too thick- can still feel the warmth. My kids love it and it comes on and off the water bottle perfectly. The top part is like a turtleneck and it just rolls over - you can use it extended to cover the opening or fold it down. A great product!

The little fox is so cute and I love the fact that it stretches to accommodate even a large bottle. It is super super soft!!! Really like ti.

I find this hot water bottle cover to be absolutely fine. No it's not cashmere soft but it is snuggel-able during the cold Colorado winter. I would recommend this cute little fox to friends.

Yes, soft and cute, however, I wish it had a hole in the bottom for the hot water bag hose to go through... that could be buttoned or zipped up if the hose is not being used.

I just bought three different SAM-type splints on Amazon and they seem comparable:

(a) SAM brand, $13.49, Made in USA
(b) Everready 4.25 X 36 Inch Padded Aluminum Splint, $6.16, Made in China
(c) Dixie 4.25 X 36 Inch Padded Aluminum Splint, $5.87, Made in China

As far as stiffness goes, they are all about as stiff and to me, the SAM seems to be the limpest of them all.

They weigh different amounts, could be foam weight, could be aluminum weight, could be both. In same order as above, weights are:
(a) 123g
(b) 149g
(c) 140g

The only big difference I see, besides instructions printed on the splint, is smell.
(a) No smell
(b) Slight petrochem smell
(c) Slight petrochem smell.

B and c come folded. I smoothed them out and rolled them just like the SAM brand. The fact that they were folded did not seem to affect my ability to roll them or form splints into desired shapes.

i decided to try these after after running out of SAM splints that cost 3x the price of these. well these are just as good when formed and wrapped with an ace/elastic wrap, and if someone doesn't return it, you lose $5 instead of $15-20. a great alternative to the name brand. try these before buying another SAM

Emergency Preparedness item. I don't want to be caught unprepared. Little did I think I would have my husband use it on me. Last Wednesday evening, I fell and I could hear and feel my bone in my leg crack. I was on the floor and we were trying to figure out how to splint the bone before moving me. I remembered having these splints. My husband cut a piece for the top and bottom of my lower leg and secured it with curlex. I was then lifted to bed and we had a wheel chair for when my mom was sick, so I was then wheeled to our car and taken to ER. After x-rays I had broken my fibula in two places and chipped my tibia. If I had not splinted the leg I was told the fracture would have not been stable and I would have ended up needing surgery. I saved myself a huge operation, pins and plates all because I had this splint. I ordered a bunch more as soon as I felt well enough.

What you expect. A thin slab of aluminum covered in thin orange foam. These are really more of a one time use item. If you deploy them and they contact med tape the foam peels apart and if they get bloody or dirty forget it and replace it. They are not super stiff for a walking leg splint or thrasher's arm but enough for a bit of bracing during normal transport.

These are really good, and work quite well. Most of the time you really don't want to use a splint as the first thing EMS will do is remove it. Splinting is like sheet rock mudding - don't try it at home!
But if you put this on an ATV, or a truck that will be going out into remote locations, it's fantastic.
Really make sure you combine this with Israeli bandages in your kit because you need something to wrap around this and the injured limb.

The splint becomes rigid and supportive for fractured or injured limbs by shaping it into a simple C, W or T- shaped curve. Can be cut with ordinary household scissors to fit any size.

We use them in our school health room for suspected fractures. This is easy to cut and mold around limbs. A lot more expensive than cardboard, but it offers form fitted comfortable support until the students get to the doctor.

I carry this with me when I am mountain biking. I have only had to use it once when I went over my handle bars 15mi from home. I hurt my wrist pretty badly and between this and some self adherent wrap I was fine getting home. I couldn't ride the trail with it, but after I got back to the road it worked well enough to ride. and was comfortable enough to sleep in before I went to urgent care the next day. After this experience I always make sure I have it when I leave home.

My one complaint about it was that with only one good hand it was very difficult to get the plastic wrap off of it to use it, so you may want to open it as soon as you get it.

This is a solid aluminum splint for the money.

Note that this not a SAM brand splint - it's the same basic concept however, and works well for the same situations. It feels a bit thinner than a SAM, but I'm not worried about performance, and you can always double it over or form a reinforced shape with it.

The only other thing to be aware of is that (mine at least) did not come with directions of any kind. Again, don't let that discourage you: a quick Google/YouTube search will get you the information you need, and a video is probably more helpful than an illustration. Just take the time to learn to use the splint BEFORE you need it. Having the equipment is halfway prepared, knowing how to use it is the other half. Thanks for reading!

These are well-made and a real value. Since we live in a rural area on a farm, we made these a part of our first aid kits. The uses are many in addition to the obvious splint uses.

I have a couple of these that are about 12 years old. These new ones are not filled with as much gel, so they do not stay cold as long as my old ones do.

I can't find anything else similar so I'm keeping them. But I wish manufacturers would stop cheapening their products.

We had an older one of these we were using at the house that we wore out. Decided to purchase this one. It is a little larger but it covers more area. Stays cold for a long time. I like it because it is flexible and you can cover more of the afflicted area.

My husband used this for an injured foot and was well pleased! I recommend!

This works great for my husbands broken elbow.

Love the "soft touch" fabric. Applies directly to needed area. Stays cold for 20-25 minutes which is the recommend use for ice pack. My kids can use them and you don't have to worry about overuse. I keep 3 on hand in the freezer. the 10 x 4 size is ideal ankles, knees, elbows, etc. There are other brands. I prefer ACE.

Worked fine without a problem. Just stick it into a freezer and within a few hours it will be cold enough to use. After you have finished just pop it back into the freezer for 30 min and then it can be used again.

These heat up quickly (I use 1min 40 sec in my microwave, 1 minute is a little light). Quality is good. The pellets disburse weirdly sometimes but I use them almost everyday so it must not bother me all that much!

I bought these for my daughter and we used them after Christmas. Love the weight in them and it adds to the manicure paraffin treatment.

I ordered this because I suffer from finger/hand pain from working on a computer all day. I have the neck & shoulder wrap and love it too.

These mitts are fabulous. I have Reynaud's which causes my hands to freeze and I literally have to thaw them out. I have been holding them under hot water which is extremely drying. These work great to get my hands back to normal and much quicker. I am totally enjoying these.
