This mask is C O L D!!! Freezing cold! Sure, it hurts my sinuses up in my forehead along my eyebrows, but honestly it's worth a few minutes of adjusting to the temperature for the results. Slap this baby on for 10-20 minutes, and wait 8-10 hours and any redness or bumps will be significantly reduced. I've been using it for about a week almost every day, and every time my skin looks better and better. I get acne breakouts as an adult and they not only are red, but hurt! This mask has helped redness and inflammation, and bump size overall - my skin is noticeably smoother in the mornings! If you have sensitive forehead skin, you'll want to put a finger between your face and the mask until it warms a little or until your face adjusts to the temperature, or just let the mask hang out on a table (towel under, it condensates heavily) for a few minutes to warm up slightly. Even with the pain it gets 5 stars because this $10 is better than all of the money I've spent on creams, washes, masks, exfoliants, and spot treatments in the last few years.
I put 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because I have the strap in the box, in the photo, to keep the mask on better. My only issue, was keeping the mask on my chin hut if you freeze it a certain way, there's no issues. It doesn't do that when heated. This item was priced the lowest for the value you receive.
This brand has many other useful products. Look up WORLD BIO in search engine on Amazon and you'll see many useful items for yourself and your family. The value for the price is amazing. They have foot/hand/body warmers cheap. They have a neck hot/cold pack that was only like $4. When I get a chance, I'll order more but I lost my job.
The reason I looked for a hot/cold face pack, was becauae I needed one for before and after I use face masks and I looked on my go-to app but it was like $16 and was nothing special. I know Amazon shipping is typically 2-3 days and prices are generally lower than most other sites. I found this for $8, I think. It was half the price of the one I found on Hush!
Customer service is the biggest reason I gave 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. They, along with only 1-2 other companies (I've ordered like 35 items in only 4 months), emailed me before I even received my item, letting me know that if I had any issues with my purchase, to email them and it'd be taken care of right away. Well, let's just say, the two companies that cared (could be 2 others but only remember 1 other), I told them about minor issues, and they went above and beyond to take care of it. Customer service is just AS important to me as the product/service is.
If I need any other items that they carry, I will definitely be buying from them and them only.
Received mask today. I purchased due to the fact that I have horrible sinus allergies and get migraine headaches very easily.
The mask definately freezes in 30 mins! Havent tried heat, but gets cold very fast.
Overall Im very happy with the product, BUT, when cold Its very COLD against the skin since the mask doesn't have a protective lining hence why not the full 5 stars.
I don’t know what this does but I LOOOOVE it. Have been using it as a trivet for casseroles (the fam’s favorite), as a butt lift for my medically lopsided glutes and as a hot tub float to hold my wine glasses. HOLDS ALL THREE OF MY WINE GLASSES! Super versatile. Can only imagine how amazing it’s “made for purpose” would make it, if only I could figure it out! FIVE STARS!!!!!!!
