Arrived on time as described. Liked the Soft Plush Cloth lining on one side to protect your skin. Liked the handles to reposition over your shoulders & neck. Also like the plastic bag container to protect the Neck Wrap from smelling like the inside of your freezer. Wish the handles extended 2-3 inches longer. Not an concern for Women or most Men, size Large or smaller, but the broader your shoulders and longer your arms are, the shorter it seems.
