Cute, comes with instructions that are not only on the box, but also on the provided storage bag for the mask (for the freezer to keep out smells)! The packaging is very well thought out and I like the Velcro connector in the back.
I've only used this as a cold mask, but it's awesome! The adjustable velcro strap is comfortable and makes it so it's not too tight. It blocks out all light effectively. I'll probably buy another one so my husband and I don't have to share anymore :)

This eye mask is great if you suffer from tension headaches! I also use it as an ice pack for muscle strains, which is nice because it doesn't melt everywhere due to the plastic lining inside. If you leave it in the freezer overnight, it stays cold for about 30 min.
I gave it a 4 star because I would not recommend purchasing it if you are wanting to use it primarily as a heat pack. it does not get very warm, and it doesn't stay warm for more than 15min. If you do heat it, microwave in 10 second intervals only! Otherwise the plastic lining will expand and explode, (like the other reviewers experienced). Overall it's a good buy and I still use this product regularly.
This product was nicer than I expected TBH. When I opened up the packaging I noticed it was neat and modern, plus it came with a love note. How cute is that? Its the little things. I felt appreciated. The soft side of the mask is soooooo soft. Like a teddy bear. That's the part you put on your eyes. The strap is very adjustable and sturdy. The entire product has a high quality feel to it. I used it straight out of the freezer and I would say that was too soon. I let it warm up for a few minutes on my forehand and then put it over my eyes again and perrrrrfect. So relaxing. It formed to my eyes at this slightly warmer temp too. Cool enough to ease your tired eyes and not cold enough to be distracting. I will use this for general puffiness on a daily basis in hopes it relaxes me for mental health and also helps my eyes to look their best. Oh, and it comes with a reusable bag for storage and freezer use!
Perfect for the eyes, forehead and what ever other part of the body you may need a cool pack. I have a bad neck and use it when I lay in bed with a few pillows under my head.
I love this product. It really helps relax on those stressful days. I carry my tension around the eyes so when I saw this product I just had to try it out. Its very comfortable and well made. I have started recommending this product to my friends. Great when used cold for headaches and warm for relief from sinus issues too.
I got 3 of these for "spa" nights with my girlfriends and we enjoyed them quite a bit. They are cold without being overwhelming and stay cold for ~20-30 min. They help with puffiness around the eyes and are extremely nice for itchy eyes from allergies. Would highly recommend!
