Well made. I say this with only a few times used. I have a tendency to be rough on my prayer beads, so bear in mind to treat them with care. A specific religion is not necessary to use prayer beads. People get so hung up on what religion where, who is a devil worshiper and other such nonsense. I soaked these in a blend of frankincense, lavender, clary sage (LOVE), ylang ylang, and cypress to an extent that the earth could be felt in the aroma, the elements gather together as you pray these meditation beads. Learn a few sutras, be bold, enter the beauty that is Mahayana Buddhism, and if you wish then go even deeper into the mysticism and glory of Tibetan Buddhism. You may think you knew Buddhism, but upon learning the foundations, prayers, the horror of the Chinese destruction of Tibet, then you can pray as a belierver or as non believer. The best I can say is that you will be changed. If you just want it as decoration and jewelry, fine. Buy a rosary and pretend you are Pharrel Williams, but you are then approaching and using them in exactly the wrong way. Meditation beads are for.....meditation. We count our way through the charms of the conscious mind.

Rarely have I had to return a purchase on Amazon. Sometimes the item was not exactly what I had in mind, but unless it was damaged in shipping or broken, I would move on. The whole process of shipping it back is mentally exhausting. The reason I shop on Amazon is to save time.

With that said, I wrote my review on the Mala beads and moved on. It wasn't what I expected but it was horrible either. I modified it to my liking and have been wearing it for weeks. Customer support reached out to me and gave me a refund for my purchase. This was not my intent for writing the review but I appreciate a company who has pride in its product. A+++ for customer service.

Planned to wear on my wrist and was not happy with the length and look. If your wrist is larger than 6 inches, wrapping it 4 times around the wrist is not realistic. I found that wrapping it 3 times was too loose. The metallic spacers appear cheap. I also found the additional beads distracting. Later, I took the mala apart and removed all the spacers and excess beads. This shortened the length enough to wrapp it comfortably 3 times around my wrist.

The beads appear to be good quality, so I would recommend overall. For larger wrists, I would go with the 8mm beads. Thanks.

I absolutely would tell you to buy this! I have not taken them off since I received them. Very good quality, I just ordered 2 more Tiger's Eye and 1 each of the other ones. After over a year of wearing this almost everyday its time to get another one exactly the same because the bungee chord has worn out and stretched a bit in certain areas especially the end where the beads hang down. I especially liked these beads because when i first got these I felt as though something negative was following me around. When i first put these beads on I felt as if the negativity vanished the feeling was like a bolt of lightning had struck. Probably my imagination but I feel as though these have absorbed tons of negative energy and have grounded me through it and now after a year its like a tiny bit of that negative energy escapes and I feel better without it. Hence Forth I am hoping a new set will be amazing and provide me the same feeling this year.

I bought this as a gift for my beloved, and he absolutely adores it and wore it CONSTANTLY... However, one of the end cords snapped inside the metal guru bead before the tie-off, and let one end spill a handful of the beads. Repair can be done, because I have a similar cord I can use as a replacement. So it's not too big of a deal that it broke.
I learned that one of the obsidian beads became chipped off around the hole at some point.
It held up under rough conditions, (him playing with/admiring it a lot, stretching it a seemingly great amount when putting it around his wrist; also a factory worker. It would bang against stuff a lot if he wasn't mindful of it's placement), and looked absolutely awesome on him both as a bracelet and necklace.
He received many compliments from coworkers. I was a little jealous of it myself.

Did not meet expectations. I purchased two of these, one 6mm and one 8mm, on the second day of wearing the 8mm strand the tapered bead at the bottom cut through the fabric elastic string sending beads everywhere. Thankfully I was able to locate every bead that went flying, but very disappointing to say the least. Once I collected all of the beads I noticed every single turquoise bead was starting to tarnish (turning black) from the polished silver beads, another disappointment. I did not purchase the product with the expectation that the metal beads were silver, but at the same time I wasn't expecting them to contaminate the turquoise beads in the manner they are.

Advice to seller, go with stainless steel beads, and possibly go with something other than fabric elastic string. I restrung the beads using 1mm black stretch magic, and so far I'm happy with the new string.

The moment I received the 8mm Tiger Eye set I fell in love. The energy felt from them was immediate. If you have larger wrist I highly recommend these. Easy to count when meditating.

Even if you are wearing them for fashion they are a very good quality set. I purchased the 8mm set 3 months ago & have worn them everyday with no issues. I get at least 2 compliments everyday that I wear them. People seem to be drawn to them. Nicely weighted, very good quality. I liked them so much that I purchased the 6mm set last month

This is actually my second order of this product. Unfortunately, my first set snapped and beads went everywhere! But that's probably my fault more than the product's I have small wrists and had to stretch the bracelet to loop it enough times to fit. I love these beads so much and my favorite part is that obsidian is pourous so I put a few drops of essential oil on the beads and the smell lasts all day!

I was very happy with the purchase of this Mala beads collar but after wearing in a few occasions and having less than two months since purchase date, but it has broken today while wearing it. The elastic thread is not made for repetitive use and it has broken.

Sadly to say, but this is a low quality item. I will try to contact the manufacturer and ask them for a replacement. hopefully they will accept to replace it.

I am absolutely in love with these. Part of me wonders if I should have gotten the larger beads (I bought the small ones) only because when I steal them around my wrist they leave an indent (my wrists are ever so slightly above average size). But they're stretching a little, which is fine. The beads are real as far as I call tell - they're always cool to the touch when I first put them on. I've already received many questions from the girls at work on where they can get them haha I love that they came in a little velvet pouch, and in that pouch they were in a zip lock sealed plastic bag of sturdy quality. These are well worth the price just for the convenience. I must have 10 pairs of reading glasses sitting around but often find myself without them, particularly in a restaurant. These stick to the back of my iPhone and are unnoticeable. I used different double sided stick tape than what was shipped with them and have had no issues at all with them coming loose. I bought a second pair for my hubby's android phone.

UPDATE: I've had these a little more than six months, so I wanted to revisit my review on these. I still love them! I love that when I forget my regular reading glasses, I still have these, as my phone is always with me. I have only one issue. Over time, they have gotten scratched up by being taken out of and placed into the plastic case they are stored in. It has started to affect how I see through them. The pair I bought for my husband also has the same type of scratches. The is the only drawback of having these. I have continually recommended these to people but have warned them about the scratching. If they come out with a case that is lined with felt or some other soft material, I would probably purchase another pair. I'm attaching a photo of how the scratches look.

The product is NOT durable. I broke my first one within three months. The second one in about four months. I never abused them. The spring and metal part that attaches the two lenses breaks. Be very careful/gentle when putting back in the case. It's a great idea and I am still tempted to buy another but they wear out too fast. I only used them when I forgot my other glasses. They are perfect for when you need to look at your phone or a menu at a restaurant for example.

Also, as I just came back to Amazon to contemplate buying another one, I noticed they now advertise a "Lifetime Replacement Guarantee" which you can read more about here: [...]. That warranty is a joke. First, you must register with them within a limited time period. "Purchasers who purchase by calling ThinOPTICS, use a ThinOPTICS website, or purchased the glasses at a retail outlet and registered with ThinOPTICS within the specified period on the retail package, are covered by a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee that extends the 90 Day Warranty covering your glasses for as long as you own them."

Second, it doesn't actually cover anything! "This Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with another product; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse, including, but not limited to, scratches and broken lenses; or (c) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product."

It seems like they are trying to pretend this product is durable by giving a lifetime warranty, but by the time you need the warranty, you find out it's worthless.

What they really should do is sell a dozen for a discount, then I could care less if they broke (assuming a fair price).

4/21/16: UPDATE. I upgraded my review from 2 stars to 4 because they did in fact agree to send me a replacement. Maybe the warranty wording should be changed. I will repeat this: I didn't expect these to last forever, and I know things wear out. I wish they would sell multiples at a discount. I WANT to pay for something that's worth paying for. These are a great idea. They are somewhat fragile, and that's fine if I can get them at a decent price.

UPDATE - I contacted ThinOPTICS directly for a replacement pair. I was contacted again within hours, very clear and easy instructions were given on how to arrange the replacement. And the FREE replacements arrived yesterday. I will continue to buy these again. And recommend owning a few pairs to keep in different places. Now a Five Star rating. Very practical product backed up with excellent customer care.
ORIGINAL review - I have owned two pairs for about a year, and while not a daily user I am a frequent user. And I have been a strong advocate and evangelist telling many other people how much I love these glasses as spares for dark restaurants and similar situations, where I don't normally have my full reading glasses with me. One pair has recently broken in a similar location other reviewers have noted. (Please see photos). So let's see how the Guarantee process works, which could raise this back up to a Five Star rating.

First of all, regardless of your eyesight now, some day you're going to need reading glasses--at least until there is a new low-cost eye implant to handle both near and far vision. And you've probably seen those people of a certain age (like me) that wear reading glasses around their neck--either on a chain or those "cooler" versions which have a magnet in the bridge to connect the two lenses. Or they have to be pulled from a pocket or purse.

Well, most everyone carries a smartphone these days and these glasses are the perfect combination with the holder that makes your phone only slightly thicker. I have owned these since May. I recently took a trip and when I went to put them on, they were gone. No idea if they fell out, but likely they fell off when I was eating and I set them down and forgot them. In other words, my fault.

So far they are really great. I was surprised that the lenses are of good quality. They are nearly as good as the prescription ones I have.

They fit nicely in the case and I hope the flexy-spot isn't going to break on the glasses. I've had reading glasses without the bows before and these stay in place very well. It's nice having access to them without wearing a pair around my neck all the time.

The other cool thing is that I can put them on in front of my regular prescription glasses. On demand sort-of bifocals.

Will update if they break or I have any issues with them.

*** 4 months later the nose pieces broke off. They catch on the case, if you are not always mindful of it, and bend backwards to eventually break off. It would be better if the nose pieces attached on both ends instead of just one IMHO. I cut the nose pieces off with a dremel and then used Gorilla double sided picture mounting tape and some rubber spacer/straps. The fix is quite comfortable and, as long as you cut the pieces the same width as the glasses, it all fits in the case very well. Not sure how long it will last, but it was cheap and easy. We'll see.

***The tape did not work. However, Sugru to the rescue. Used a little sugru where the nose pieces were and formed nice and comfortable nose area. They stay on fine too.

Them are awesome glasses, so awesome that sometimes I don't remember that I have them on. It don't bother me at all. Them stay attached, you can do what you normally do and it won't fall. In my case I have an iPhone case with a special clips for different utilities which I use to attach my credit card reader for my business, the case comes itself with a clip, what I did was, I attached the glasses case to the clip and I can de-attach the case anytime I want to use my reader and attach the glasses case later. See the pictures bellow. I highly recommend these glasses, everybody that see it get impressed.

At least in terms of how they work on my eyes, these are definitely meant for up close work (for me, about 8-14 inches), so ideal for middle-aged eyes trying to deal with fine print in dim lighting - say, in a restaurant, or while looking at a map in the car. They're fairly delicate, but that's part of the deal you're making in order for them to store in such a slim case. As I've only recently started needing reading glasses, I've been experimenting with several different products, and these will be kept at hand for sure.

I decided to get these, recommendation of a respected colleague. If you need readers, you know that there are inherent challanges with having them conveniently around. These come in a hard case that's thin enough to avix to aa convenient surface to secure the glasses. I happen to have the case stuck the the back of my iPhone plus. It took very little time for me to get acostomed to having the case on the phone.

These are more like spectacles than glasses in that they sit atop your nose. They do have some tension (or, pinch) to them to help them stay on. I find that the more I use them, the more I am successful at getting them to "stick" to my nose in a position that is comfortable to use.

Because these are very convenient and becasue I took the time to get them to work for me, I gave them a 4. I would buy them again and, paid ~$15 for the black ones here on Amazon.

I was plesantly surrised to discover that these have a lifetime replacement should they break. The registration for the warranty is wicked easy.

Yes, it's thin. Yes, the frame and optics are good quality, esp the frame, which is super nice.
It does hug the nose very comfortably.
BUT, here's the issue with the optics: no anti reflective coatings, and the glare from any backlighting makes the glasses hard to look through in those situations.

Update: minus one star again. These plastic lens scratch if you even breathe on them. Dust collects in that thin case, and then what happens is when you put in and take out the glasses, they scratch very easily. Mine are now scratched pretty well after just 3 days of having them.

Update: ThinOptics decided to take care of my scratched lens. The other thing is it's $19. What do you expect. However, I am upgrading to 4 stars, because even though they are scratched, they are still so damn convenient, that I am using multiple times a day. For reading glasses, the scratches, such as they are, don't really impair the reading use case. But still guys, add some coating, I'll pay another $10-20 if you can coat them for anti-glare and scratch resistance.

I bought the Dazcos Elasticity bandage and I was really suprised how well-made and sturdy this product is. It fits nicely and wraps around comfortably (comfort when worn= 4/5). The fabric is fairly soft but also seems durable. I thought of buying 2 but I held off thinking I'd get just one first just in case I didn't like the product. I will be purchasing a second one and would recommend this product for whoever is looking for bandages for a cosplay.

I cosplayed Hinata and it looked great. It sometimes slipped if I didn’t wrap it tight enough, but that is to be expected of any wrap. This and the bag which I bought from another seller made my cosplay look more authentic.

Worked great! Even as ace bandages go they'd be perfect (and MUCH more strong) than ones in stores! I'm buying a 2nd set!

The cloth is great, I'm using it on my upper thigh and the Velcro allows you to make it as loose or as tight as you need it's since you can attach tbto any part of the wrap. The only down side is it comes with a build in area where the Velcro is suppose to attach but if you don't use it it just sticks out and looks a bit odd.

I used these for a Storm Shadow Cosplay. They held well and were perfect for my arm wraps. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because they tend to fuzz up a bit because of the material.

This is the first time I have had the need for compression socks and I wasn't familiar enough to know what brand to purchase. Good value and XL fits for size 12 men's foot. Compression is plenty strong enough for edema in foot and ankle. After washing fit is still the same as when new.

I didn't realize that these were more like actual thicker socks instead of like compression stockings, but they feel pretty good and it's winter time so they will work.

These glasses have an excellent compact design. They are also very durable with the exception of the black plastic tips. In less than a year, the plastic tips pulled off and were lost on my two prior pairs

After two years of daily use, the magnet in the case came out on one pair but was easily glued back in. The second pair never had this problem

Now on my third pair, I now add some glue to the plastic tips to extend their life.

These are full-sized 'cheaters' that comfortably fit in a men's pants pocket. They are comfortable enough to wear all day, but fold up into a very small case. I've had a pair of these for years, and just bought another set. The case looks a bit like a lighter, so can be a conversation icebreaker.

I was looking for quality reading glasses and ran across this one. These glasses cost a lot more than others, but I noticed they folded up into a small package -- I was interested in that, but wondered how good they really could be....

As it turns out, the storage box is excellent, it's really easy to take the glasses out and use them quickly. I've very happy to have a pair.

That said, these are not good for long term usage, they are a bit small and sacrifice to fit in a small box. However, the optics are good and I'm happy I got them.

These Foster Grant glasses are very portable, and the folding option makes them really easy to carry around. The only down side is the pull out legs that might prove to be the weak link ~ But they are nice, light, and comfortable to use. Not really long term wearable, because the legs of the glasses are not long enough to reach your ears, but rather "squeeze" on your temples. This might prove irritating after extended wear.

Exactly what I needed. Super portable, fits in front pocked, very sturdy case you can not crush and pretty simple to open.

Nitpicking, the magnet that held the case shut came out and had to be glued back in the slot in the case. You have to be careful opening them or you will touch the lens. Although it's only an observation, not much could be done about that.

Nice case and they are well worth the money. I can see restaurant menus again. I take them everywhere. When I grab my wallet I grab these too.

I use them as a backup pair that I always keep in my pocket. They've save my life at many restaurants and company meetings more than once. Convenient, affordable and elegant in design. The engineering could use some polishing, but I'm not complaining.

In a case just slightly larger than a lighter, these easily fit in my front pants pocket.
The optics seem good. I gave it 5 stars because they do exactly what they say they do.
Minor annoyance: It takes a few seconds to get them from case to wearing, as you must unfold and extend the ear pieces, but that, of course, is what makes them fit in such a nice small package.
The nose pads could be a bit softer, but they don't really bother me.
I like them enough that I plan to purchase the +1.00 strength for using the computer (I wish there were a +0.75 strength!).

I've had this for almost 5 years. I got it when I lived in the college dorms. I now use it because I work nights and sleep during the day. The puffy bit across the bottom edge fills in around your nose without squishing it so you can't breathe, therefore blocking out all light. Actually bought this pkg of masks to use as a sleep mask. Having very dry eyes the sleep mask is part of my regimen. I found a very similar one for $4.00 at a well known store and was quite surprised at how well it worked. The pricing on $10.00 of these is so much better. The only difference is that these have no painted decoration. (Who cares?!)

Funny side story, one time on a plane trip home during a stop that I couldn't get off I had rearranged some of my stuff and had attached my sleeping mask to the back of the seat in front of me so I wouldn't lose it. I get everything is stowed away and I'm already to get settled in and realize my sleeping mask is gone. I page the stewardess and ask her about it and she looks at me kind of weird and then I suddenly realized what she thought it was, a bra for a young girl. I need to use a sleeping mask every night, so I go through multiple a year. I’ve used heavier masks that you can put in the freezer, and ones from the dollar store. The chevron pattern which is molded into the mask makes it stiffer and less comfortable. The edges press into your face and the whole cupped part bends in at times when you lie on your side and you feel it pressing on your eye.

Very comfortable on your face and don't push on your eyes. I removed one star as the velcro sits right at the back of your head and is annoying when you lean back. Would be better placed on the side. We have several pairs. They eventually wear out if you wash them after travelling but for the cost that's not a big deal after a year or two of use.

It was time to replace my previous Bucky eye mask. I used it to death and it was separating at the seams. Can't sleep without it and it doesn't mess with my eyes or hair!

My boys are always getting bumps and bruises so this is awesome for us. It's much easier for them to hold on to this cute little guy than a bag of frozen peas. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is my 2 year old pulled some stiches apart and spilled some seeds. I don't know if they could have stitched it better or if he just really tore into it. Overall we are very satisfied with Bucky.

This item is so cute. I bought it for my 5 year old son. We named him Ted and now anytime he has a 'boo boo' he asks for Ted. He's been having growing pains lately and will take him to bed and cuddle him. He likes being able to put him back in the freezer to use for later. Have not tried to use it warm yet but so far loving it.

This is a great little product, my almost 2 year old asks for his bunny who’s hopping out of the freezer is enough silly enough to make him forget most boo-boos. It has held up very well through 2 year old rough housing, been thrown from room to room, and even got swooped up by the little dog once, but this thing is a trooper, you would think it was brand new.

Ordered one of these for an upcoming flight during flu season. I have an autoimmune disease and are on biologics and immunosuppressants so have to be careful around sick people. Received it quickly and it is in good shape and decent quality. The only concern I have is it is a bit small but I think I can make it work.

I wanted a mask I could put on when I was sick this week and when I'm traveling over Christmas (I got the flu shot but I still don't trust my immune system or others, lol). It feels great and is very comfy. It does tend to fog my glasses up when I breathe into the mask, but hopefully I can find a way to deal with that. So in my quest for a sleeping mask for an upcoming trip, I had no idea how individual and personal finding a good fit would be. It is not a case of click and done.

As this is my 3rd mask, It occurred to me that most people who leave reviews don’t understand that sleeping masks are built for different purposes: casual/traveler or regular/everyday use. The buyer needs to know the difference when purchasing and not blame the product for doing something it’s not built to do. In that sense, it’s also misleading for a product to claim it does everything under the sun when in fact it never was built for it in the first place.

Hopefully the following will help others know if this mask will work for what they need. My criteria: I need a mask for traveling (sitting up right in chairs on planes and cars, during the night). I am very sensitive to light and hate pressure on my face. I also wanted something that would stay cool as I will be in locations that are very hot.

Pros of this mask:
* Super smooth, cool bamboo fabric very soft like a favorite blanket. I WANT to put it on.

* Lightweight. Even with no eye cups, the foam inside doesn’t press on my eyes as other masks did.

* Color choices. I love the selection of colors as I was able to match my neck pillow. To me, this helps me keep track of items that go together and feel complete so I appreciate the options!

Neutral:
+ No adjustment Headband slips on and off. Like T-shirt material it stretches a bit and was just barely fitting my Med/large head size. It fit an adult male head better. For sitting up right, this is fine. For sleeping, it slips around. Being simple fabric one could nip in a bit with a needle and thread to custom fit. A lot more comfortable than the elastic strap models for me and no bump at back of head!

+ No inner flap by nose. If you are sleeping in a bed or need absolute darknesses, this is essential but not part of this eye mask. I only need to keep out ambient light while sitting up so this works fine. When sleeping laying down, enough light entered to wake me up.

Overall, I will be keeping it for my trip as it does what I need (blocks most light, keeps cool, doesn’t press tightly) and I love how it feels on. Perhaps this is just the mask you are looking for too?

Husband like it, but I had to sew about an inch in, and he has a big head. Better than too small though.

I have thick, wavy hair. FINALLY, I’ve found a sleep mask that doesn’t give me a headache or snarl my hair. The wider band prevents my hair from getting caught up in it and is much more comfortable than I’d hoped. The soft, pliable material easily molds to my face to prevent any ambient light from peaking in. This really is the perfect sleep mask.

The mask is very soft and comfortable. It is similar to a jersey fabric. I have been using it for about two weeks. I do toss and turn a lot in my sleep and at times the mask moves so that it is above my eyes, but I don't notice until I wake up as the mask is so soft. It does block out light. I purchased the mask as I bought a new house and wasn't going to have blinds or curtains the first couple of weeks of my move and I didn't want to be bothered by light shinning into my room until they were installed. Overall I recommend this mask and I will continue to use it when I travel and at home.

I am a light sleeper, and hate my head being constricted. This sleep mask was absolutely perfect; it blocks out the sunlight and is super-comfortable. The pink color never leaves unwanted marks on my pillowcases (unlike some other masks).
