My boys are always getting bumps and bruises so this is awesome for us. It's much easier for them to hold on to this cute little guy than a bag of frozen peas. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is my 2 year old pulled some stiches apart and spilled some seeds. I don't know if they could have stitched it better or if he just really tore into it. Overall we are very satisfied with Bucky.
This item is so cute. I bought it for my 5 year old son. We named him Ted and now anytime he has a 'boo boo' he asks for Ted. He's been having growing pains lately and will take him to bed and cuddle him. He likes being able to put him back in the freezer to use for later. Have not tried to use it warm yet but so far loving it.
This is a great little product, my almost 2 year old asks for his bunny who’s hopping out of the freezer is enough silly enough to make him forget most boo-boos. It has held up very well through 2 year old rough housing, been thrown from room to room, and even got swooped up by the little dog once, but this thing is a trooper, you would think it was brand new.
It’s cute and distracts my toddler from the little bumps or “boo boos”. It definitely does not stay cold for 15mins - we have not tried hot. It’s name is Whoopsie in our household.

This is a wonderful ice and heat pack. We love that it has natural buckwheat and the cover can be washed. My son loves the characters. This is the same item that is sold at Whole Foods for much more.
It doesn’t get as cold as I’d like it to, but it’s very soft and flexible. My kids like it.
This is perfect for our rowdy boy. center can be taken out for washing.
I bought this as a gift, but I think it will work very well for small boo-boo's and ouchies.
cute! the baby I got it for loves it, moms love it, fits perfectly, baby loves looking at it! Does not leak.
