I have not tried this but my wife drinks it every night. She is out like a light which allows me time to write this review.
This tea is excellent! I was looking for a herbal tea that tastes just like black tea, and this one certainly does the job. I enjoy black tea, but have given up caffeine and this is a great alternative to traditional tea. I prefer my black tea with milk and sugar, and that is how I drink this beverage. You will not get the same bold aftertaste that some people enjoy with black tea. the taste will be stronger if you add two bags, but again, not nearly as bitter. The other thing is there is no caffeine so your brain, at first may think something is missing. Other than that, this is the closest thing to black tea that I have been able to find, and I am satisfied with my purchase!
I've been drinking the tea seemingly for decades then SUDDENLY could not find it ANYWHERE here in NY city I was So obsessed about finding it checking store after store I contacted the company who said it was available in New Jersey outside of NYC and online here and I've been ordering it since I Found out since I love Tea and drink it pretty much daily & often during the day but absolutely Hate Caffine very sensitive to it can't slept feel jangely Decades STILL have tiny amounts of Caffine left in them and I can feel them especially since I drink alot.It filld my required liquid quota recommend with HOPEFULLY added benifits from Hawthorn berries said to be good for your heart & a recent EKG said the results were" Very very GOOD! EXCELLENT " I go through 4- 8 teabags a day often double bagging for a large strongly flavored cup. So I always order the larger amount of boxes Its that GOOD if you love black tea but want or have too avoid Caffeine this year for you Great hot and also for Iced
I love it unsweetened or with agave or whatever sweetener even Stevie with fresh lemons

I purchased this the first time at my grocery store to see if I liked it. I needed something to calm me in the evenings before going to sleep. It does the trick for me and the taste is good. Don't know if it is decaffeinated or not but it works for me most of the time unless I an overtired.
So somehow I read this as a 40 count. What it meant was there was 40 per BOX and there were 6 boxes. So now I have 240 packets of peppermint tea. Tea is delicious so that's probably a good thing. Will be drinking this for the next 240 days.

So much tea! Probably should have ordered less, but we use this every night! Very nice mild flavor that is soothing. I would buy again, but expect not to need to for a very long time! :-)
BEST Tea Ever! I've been a loyal fan of Celestial Seasonings herbal teas, especially the Sleepytime and most of the variations (Sleepytime MInt, ST Peach, ST Vanilla, etc). Fellow Insomnia Strugglers, drink this. It's good stuff, and it makes you drowsy.
Wal-Mart typically has the 40 bag boxes for $3.86. (Actually, they have a price tag, and an empty shelf that is supposed to hold these.) I prefer to order it from Amazon anytime I can get it for the equivalent price. Saves gas.
Absolutely love this peppermint tea! The 25-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 6) is perfect if you're like me: you love the Celestial Seasonings teas, but prefer your tea bags to be individually wrapped with a string, so the freshness is ensured, but also so you can throw a few tea bags in your purse to work without dragging a whole box of tea around or stuffing them in a zip lock baggy! Also very good if you use a tea bag organizer /caddy, since they're wrapped individually. As much as I understand the logic of going stringless, etc, there are moments in time where you simply don't want to mess with that. The string is good for those who don't like to leave their tea in past the steeping time & who may not be equipped with a spoon (at work for example) to remove the bag.
Also bought this a few years back & this tea stays fresh even past the expiration date. This is now the second time I ordered since I ran out of this tea. My hubby & I drink this most evenings to unwind and help digestion along, but it's perfect for any time of the day.
I drink this tea just about every night before bed, and the savings that I get on this tea, compared to buying it in the grocery store, is crazy. I'm so happy they continue to sell this tea at this price. One 6 pack of 40 bag boxes lasts me 6 months.
