Of all the items I have bought on Amazon, this is my first review. This item works exactly as described with no problems so far. My parents had a similar item that was not as nice and the molded plastic was grainy and hard to clean. This item is made of a smooth molded plastic that is much easier to keep clean and it is also very stable when locked into position. Excellent item!
This is exactly the kind of product that will satisfy anyone. Raises my toilet by 5 inches; extremely easy to install: just push the unit firmly down and toward the rear of the bowl, and tighten the front screw. NO tools needed, just your hands. The unit is very easy to clean, and can be easily taken down at any time and put up back again. I was lucky I found just what I needed!

I was panicking when I forgot to reserve a hotel room that had an accessible bathroom. I ordered this hoping for the best, but planning to cancel my trip. Thankfully it worked perfectly. It grabbed the toilet and didn’t move, without having to unbolt the lid like a more permanent seat. My only issue, not complaint so much, is the opening is too small. If you don’t have any grip strength, then bring large pliers or channel locks your first time to make sure you can tighten the clamp. I just throw it in a bag now and it’s easy to travel with by car. It’s cheap enough to just order one and have it shipped to my hotel, if I was flying in.
Purchased for my wife to relieve problems due to knee pain. A godsend for her.

Toilet seat is good for rasing height of low toilet seat. It is easy to put and take off.
Had hip surgery. Wasn't able to get up or down easily. I bought a couple. Best investment I could have made. So much easier.
