It works as intended. I read other reviews where they say it didn't last very long. I haven't had that issue, but we don't use our oven very often.
Its brand specific and I personally try to stick with manufacturer made peripherals, where I worry about performance and or warranty. I gave it 4 stars, because I am not confident about its resiliency, just by looking at it.
This was a cheaply-priced, but high-quality replacement bulb for my refrigerator. Works great so far - it's been a week - gives off bright and clear light. Would buy again.
Just the bulb my oven needed
Seems like it's damn-near impossible to buy an oven light in less than a two pack at any store. Glad to find this single bulb package.

I needed to replace my oven light in my GE stove and first bought another brand 40-watt appliance bulb. It burnt out the first time I used it. This one worked and still is working.
