I love this thing! I work 10 to 14 hour shifts bartending and comfortable shoes don’t always work with the way I need to dress but this sweet little spiky mamma saves me from so much pain! This roller did the trick for me. I'm crediting it's hardness and shape with the success in significantly improving my PF. It's important to do stretches also, but this roller makes it possible to put pressure (and stimulation) on hard to reach areas. I noticed improvement after using this twice a day (for 5 minutes on each foot) for a few days. I'm back to running again! I love this. It's light and easy to carry around. I can use it under my desk at work and it won't rollaway or while I'm sitting on the sofa at home. And they sent me a reflexology chart that is colorful and easy to use.
feels good and numbs the pain. i have found that a frozen solid bottle of water is a bit better. perhaps they could have a screw cap on one end of this thing to fill with water so you can freeze it and roll on into comfort. ps if they do this i want royalties
The foot roller works really great, and is comfortable to use. I actually have it under our computer desk and can use it and be online at the same time...aka multi tasking. It's does what it's intended for...
