I used these over a college reunion weekend where I was drinking more than I ever usually do in "normal" life. I took them in a glass of water, all at once like the instruction says, before I started drinking. Let's just say that I was the only one to win at the beer pong tournament AND get up in the morning to make everyone breakfast. My fellow alumni were dragging all morning but I was up and at 'em with a minimal headache. I've since used them when traveling internationally and found the jetlag to be much less worse and I didn't get a cold even though everyone on the plane around me was coughing and sneezing. I was very sceptical about the product as Algae is a controversial product but wanted to try it out. I am a soccer player and my biggest problem is recovery after intense training and games.
