Love these stackable pill containers! They beat those similar ones which Dollar Tree sells. The GMS 7 costs quite a bit more, but the price difference is reflected in superior quality. They are larger, taller stacks, higher quality plastic, and most important--the layers screw together easily and reliably every time. The cheap imitations have cheap threads which bind badly. PLUS, the GMS 7 comes with an extra lid for each stack which can be used when you want to take one of containers with you but don't want to carry the entire stack.
I have purchased these great containers three times now. That's says all you all you need to know. :)
6/11/17 Update: The plastic is starting to crack, even tho I am careful to not over tighten. Considering what these cost, this is completely unacceptable. Each pill unit gets filled once every 3 weeks, with each level being opened once to fill, once to take the contents, and occasionally one additional time. I feel like these pill stackers should last at least a year with that amount of use. I still love these stackers but have lowered my review from 5 to 4 stars due to the breakage which will necessitate replacing the entire unit when even one of the levels breaks to the point of being unusable. :(
I bought this for a purpose other than keeping track of pills. I recently went to Aruba for 10 days and we knew we were staying in an efficiency suite with a kitchenette and wanted to do some cooking to save on money while there. I hate not having spices when I travel. I hate having to pay an arm and a leg for seasonings on a trip even more. So I decided to buy this pill case to fill with various seasonings and spices for the trip. I simply used a sharpie to write which seasonings were in each compartment on the outside. For this purpose, it was PERFECT. Aruba tends to be super humid, and even at day 9, we didn't have any issues with the seasonings appearing to clump or be affected by the humidity. I guess that's an indication of how well the seal is on the compartments, giving me a good indication that it would work well to store medications without worry. For the quality and various uses, the price is definitely right.
I saw several similar items on amazon and bought several to be able to compare them. One item that I bought was nearly identical when I received them, but this one seemed like it was better quality, brighter colors & at a lower price. If I decide I need more, this is the one one I will reorder.
I did read one review that mentioned putting some type of oil on the threads that connect each pill box with next (I used coconut oil on a Q-tip applicator because they were handy) so that the threaded connections would move more smoothly, and this does indeed help.
With this groovy colorful pill case, I can store my meds on the counter where I can remember to take them. The only "con" is that it is thin plastic, so it cracks easily if you have to bang it on the counter to get your meds to drop out. So don't do that. (I take gummie vitamins and they get a bit stuck sometimes.) Learn from my mistake. LOL. I promptly ordered another one, now I have a taller colorful tower of meds.
I love these for traveling. I put pills especially non rx types, this order came with little labels. I type the products or rx names and numbers on labels or pealing paper and put on each level. I also put makeup in them, I have not had them leak out but I would put the whole thing in zip lock bag to be sure. This price is better than most drug stores.

This really is great. These lock well and each comes with its own lid, so you can travel as a stacked set OR take individual ones. I only outgrew this when I needed to take more supplements for nutritional deficiencies. Otherwise, this is a quality product. I've bought them as gifts for family members too!
This stacking pill box holds a lot of small pills, but if you have a large capsule -- a big fish oil of vitamin, for example, it makes it a bit tight. It is compact and stays together well. Especially nice that it has an extra lid -- makes it possible take the stack apart for short trips.

Exactly what I was looking for: small (1” diameter) individual circles for every day, the plastic was stronger than I expected (good!), and the threads seem stronger than previous ones I’ve bought from CVS. Came with bonus labels for each day of the week. Very satisfied.
Not very big but easy to open. Perfect size for traveling on weekends. Can write on them w sharpie and it will rub off eventually so you can change the label. Sometimes that’s a good feature.
