I love how compact it is compared to the israeli 6" bandage. However. It is very minimal, almost too minimal. I dont have very big thighs. Im 5'4 135 and it barely wraps around my leg. For heavier bigger people, maybe a 4" israeli or another h&h such as the flat fold. It is great though for a compact edc bandage or if you work with children.
This product is outstanding. It is small and lightweight, perfect for a on body carry kit or something event bigger like a traditional blow out kit that might be in a vehicle or attached to a belt or chest rig. This particular bandage is awesome because it will do what larger bandages will do in a smaller and more compact packaging.
hope I never have to use this but I love it. fits anywhere even in the back pocket of my pants.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Small enough for pocket and big enough to be effective.
