This product is amazing. It helps so much with headaches and face flushing. In fact, it was incredibly helpful to calm fever symptoms when I was ill! I can't recommend this product enough. I'm so impressed with its effectiveness and ease of use.
This is fantastic. Hot or Cold it works like a charm. Easy to warm up and easy to cool down. Fits perfectly and isn't heavy on ones face. Great Purchase. Especially nice for sinus headaches.
I love this product - it lives in my fridge until I need it again. I suffer from migraines and this helps when I lay down and do deep breathing to try and help the pain. My partner has also been using this recently as he suffers from eczema on his face. Great to have if you suffer from any headache/migraine problems or skin inflammation.
I purchased this cold face mask for my husband. He suffers through out the year with burning painful swollen sinus. We keep this handy for when he is in pain. Sometimes he likes to wear this to bed at night. Would highly recommend.

Cold usage
Cold slows down blood flow which helps to reduce swelling, bruising, inflammation, redness, tension and headaches
1. Place pack in fridge for a minimum of 1 hour or in the freezer for approximately 30mins.
(Beads remain pliable even when frozen.)
2. Apply pack to the face. If too cold, wrap in a paper towel.
3. Leave for a maximum of 10mins and then remove for at least 30mins rest before repeating if required. If any discomfort is felt remove the pack at two minute intervals.
Warm usage
Heat stimulates blood flow which helps open up nasal passages helping to relieve sinus pain
1. Wrap pack in a moist cloth or paper towel. Microwave pack for 20 seconds on HIGH until pack is warm but not too hot for the facial skin. If pack is not hot enough, microwave again at 5-second increments, but do not exceed 35 seconds. Test warmth by applying to the arm first.
2. Apply warm pack to the face. If too hot, wrap in a paper towel.

I'm giving this product a 5-star review not based on the product itself, but based on the excellent customer service I received. I initially gave this product a average or sub average review because I did not feel like it fit my face swell in order to accomplish what I needed, which was a cooling of the area directly under my eyes. Upon reading the review, customer service reached out to me and shipped me two similar products that they believe might help me better, and they did so absolutely free. So while this particular product did not work well for me, the customer service was top-notch and I think one of these other products they have shipped me will work just fine.
Excellent product, worth every penny. Seller even included a nice little surprise. I am super pleased!
Wonderful mask. Helps so much with sinus headaches and migraines. Spring and summer would be horrible without this!
This works wonders! As someone who stares constantly at books and computers, it relaxes my eyes and head and gives me great relief. It takes the pressure off so well, i love it! I am half tempted to buy another one. Great buy!
I love it! I keep it in a Ziploc bag in my freezer. I use it very regularly to relieve sinus pressure and headaches. It gets cold and lasts a about 10 minutes once it touches your warm skin.
