The nubs are like those on my Adidas massage slippers, only longer. I just received this an hour ago, and I am so happy with my purchase I felt the need to review this. The two balls that came in the package are good for rolling under the feet and also for the arms. The stick rolls very well, I can reach my back. More deep tissue massage than other sticks, I can imagine, due to the little nubs that stick out.
Had to tried as soon as I got it and it didn't disappoint me! More than for massages I wanted to help me stretch out after cycling and skating! It works perfectly, tried it on my lower back and legs. I'm really happy with it, highly recommended.
This is a cool idea. Good for a solo back massage. Because it’s described as foam in the title I was expecting the balls to be soft, this thankfully isn’t the case. The handles are covered with a soft foam but the rest is a rigid plastic, the spiky balls rotate around the stick. The two bigger balls are a perfect size for running the bottoms of your feet after a long day, perfect for a nurse who works 12 hour shifts!! Thanks

Good tension relief! The roller provides great muscle massage, but the spikes are a bit rough over boney areas and scar tissue. The separate spiked balls are incredible for portable use and also provide great muscle massage.
This roller gives quite good pain relief. The points from the roller really give stimulus to the skin and muscles.
Exactly what I’m looking for. Really good for small muscles like shoulder and around the knees plus each ball can move on its own. The 2 balls works great for my elbows and feet.
