I bought two of these in December and loved them, but ended up giving them away to cold friends. They were such a hit that I bought 26 more to give as gifts. I kept one for myself and am using it on my aching back as I write this review. The hand-warmer (muff) area is extremely soft and cozy. I highly recommend these products because they work so well. The only negative is that they were difficult to fill, so I filled them all before giving away. I did not have a bottle that fit the included funnel, so inserted the funnel in the hot water bag and slowly poured about 4 1/4 cups of water from a pitcher. The instructions were easy to follow because there were pictures along with the non-native English. I heated all 25 before giving them away, and they all worked.
This worked perfectly for my father. He struggled to have his oxygen sensor give him accurate readings because his circulation was poor in his hands due to them being cold. This was super helpful in warming his hands and increasing circulation to provide for accurate readings.
This is the second one I purchased. Warm up really fast and stay warm for a long time. I found no problem adding water into the bag once you got the trick. Just hold the bag vertically using you left hand and use the right hand to fill the water. Make sure the funnel tip is all the way in the bag. You will need one and half of the bottle (500 ml) of water.
Highly recommand and will purchase again.
This hand warmer is inexpensive and works wonderfully well. It does take some patience to add the water and the directions could be more legible and printed on something larger than a postcard. I especially like the fact that it not only works for hands but is nice in my lap or any body part that needs warmth. It stays warm for 2-3 hours but it can be reheated in about ten minutes.
This little thing is amazing! I work in an office where the AC keeps my hands nice and cold all day. At times they ache from the cold. I bought this hand warmer and I love it so much I am going to buy it for my friends for Christmas!

I love this. They have these in Europe and it was hard to find here so I'm glad I did. Feels nice and cozy and warm. Great for cold winter days when you can't shake the chill.
Absolutely love this! Use it at work daily. You only fill it one time so the reviews for the trouble filling are a little exaggerated. Takes about 20-30 minutes to get really hot and lasts a couple hours.
This is the best product ever for the money.. helps so much during our cold Chicago winters and stays warm for a long time.. bought this as gifts for friends, too..
Use it for providing warm for cold feet during winter season. It is very useful to warm up your feet or your back. Putting water inside the bag is a bit tricky other than that it is very easy to use.
Bought this for a sore hand problem and it seemed to help me through it.
