Works great. I bought this brand because it’s the same brand my physical therapist uses. The only thing that I’ve noticed is that after the first time you freeze it and then refreeze it it’s stiffer than other gel ice packs I’ve owned in the past. It does soften up rather quick though and also stays cold longer than other ones I’ve used.
A little disappointed in this. The reviews were great and I've been looking for something to provide the pressure and cold I need for my shoulders. In the photos, it looks so flexible. I took it out of the freezer and it's hard as a rock. Exactly what I didn't want. I have to let it sit out before using now.
Update: Still use it but I was hoping it would have a heaviness to lay on my shoulders flat. Not bad. Stays cool for a while. Need a couple min out of the freezer to be comfortable.
This was a perfect size to wrap over neck, around elbow or shoulder. The cover is nice and soft which I liked alot.
If you need a cold pack for your neck this is a good choice
I love this. Pliable right out of the freezer and found the size true to the picture. I’m not sure if other people are getting a different product, but it is amazing and best $20 I spent for pain relief. It’s so comfortable right out of the freezer, I find myself falling asleep on it.

I use this every night and I really love it. It's very comfortable, freezes just right (not super stiff but lasts a long time), and the cover is soft.

I only have one problem with the bag. The second time I used it the bag tore. If you need it to put it in the freezer the bag needs to be stronger!
I had a c1-c-4 fusion this helps at night to relieve the stiffness.
Doesn't stay cold very long, but is comfortable when wearing...not too heavy or bulky around the neck or shoulders.
