I got this as a gift of my registry, but I [as a nurse] was so impressed with it that I also bought it as a gift for write a few friends who are having babies. Everything is safe, well designed and easy to use for babies and toddlers. Other kits have crazy colors or more, extraneous stuff, this one has the essentials plus a few convenience items in durable materials.
This kit was a gift (off our baby registry). Honestly, most of the items we haven't had to use, but it is great to have them all in one place if we needed them. The items are okay quality, they are an okay value for the money. If I had to choose again I would probably buy the 2-3 items (higher quality versions) that we have regularly used rather than this kit.
We originally planned to buy these items separately until we came across the American Red Cross Grooming kit, which offers all the necessities at an attractive price point. Since bringing home our newborn it's already helped us out tremendously - from using thermometer to check his temperature, shortening our son's sharp nails with the file boards, to combing his full head of hair (!), and the bulb syringe aspirator to clear his nose. This is a great product that I highly recommend.
I bought this for my daughter and every single thing came in handy in the kit! I purchased it again here on amazon for a friend that is having her baby in July because I believe it is a must have and a lot cheaper than buying all these items separate. The ball syringe is great because it can actually be properly cleaned as it has an airtight hinge top that lets you see inside and make sure there is no mold growing inside as those are known for! Great item!
Definitely packaged nice if you needed to get a gift for a new parent. I liked that it had both options of having the infant nail scissors and nail clippers. The nasal bulb actually has a stopper in the bottom to clean it out more thoroughly than the old styles. The pouch sadly only has one zipper and only goes one way - would've loved two so I can close it easily from either side.

Very nice combo of litte things for babies, very handy and the quality it's nice! The only thing I would like to share is that I got this for my sister, and normally she would cleanse the medicine litte thing with warm water, one time she decided to put it on the bottle sterilizer and it melted! Just be aware not to do that, the sterilizer it's too hot for it!
Super helpful set. I use the baby nail scissors, medicine dropper and nasal aspirator (the BEST item ever!) the most. The case is made of durable plastic and keeps things organized. Just wish the plastic insert was nicer quality. You really need to keep it in the bag to organize everything and its thin plastic.
Love this little kit but hate the bag. Everything with fall out if you open it all the way. The walls aren’t high enough to lay it down and open it to get what you need. Love the nose sucker in this too. It’s smaller on the end than the one you get at the hospital so it’s fits in my little ones nose easier without it hurting her. Love the comb and brush. Standard thermometer. And the clippers are great for when they get a little bigger.
Looks different than the pictures and had a mirror instead of the toy (which don’t bother me) and no nail files. The case also doesn’t have little spots for everything like in the picture either. I actually like the one I got better except for it not having the holder spots.
I am definitely recommending or buying this product for anyone expecting a child. It has all the essentials and the baby brush is as soft as a rabbit's fur. Your kid will definitely be comfortable with all the supplies within, except maybe the thermometer, because no baby is comfortable with a thermometer.
