My house warming costs were out of this world, then I found these, they are GREAT, I wear mine under a rob, there is a long cord, so if i have to go from room to room, I just unplug and plug back in when I get to the next room. Don't get me wrong they hold there heat.
Now you might think just warm you upper back, but it warms your core and blood, this warm the rest of you!

Down falls, the button get caught up in my beard while snapping the side together, I can live with that!

I posted an earlier review but now I want to resend it as while I earlier was happy with the heating pad I can't recommend it at this point. I purchased it on 1/27/19 and today (3/13/19) I went to use it and the controls don't work any longer. They just flash and don't turn on properly. I've other other types of heating pads that worked for far longer than this one has. I wrote the seller to ask them to replace it and now am waiting to hear from them. I will add another post later on as a review. Right now I'm unhappy!!
I purchased this to hang on the back of my office chair because I sit in it for 8 hours each day. I have rods in my back so it's not fun to be sitting in a chair that long and it gets painful after a awhile and it helps. This has helped when I've needed to use it and it does get pretty warm.
I absolutely love this heating pad. The neck and shoulder flaps make this heating pad stand out among the rest. It’s like a warm hug.
This is great for when I have shoulder and upper back pains. Just read the instructions and obviously don't leave this on for too long, since it gets hot. But it's helpful for when I'm reading or doing work, I can put it on and take it off shortly after and it calms down the muscle pain I have.

This is very comfortable and seems to be well made. I find the snap that holds the heating pad in place is difficult to manage (my fingers are a little stiff) so I usually have the husband do that for me. It gets nice and warm, but not to the point of being too warm. I wish there was some way to keep it from shutting itself off, but I understand it's for safety. I've only used this 2-3 times so far, but as long as it keeps working I'll be happy with my purchase.
Ordered this for relieving back pain and heat therapy and it does the job well. The material of the pad looks nice and plush that adds to extra comfort.
Suitable for home or office use... the extra long cable comes handy when you’re too far from power supply.
I loved it but was disappointed when it stopped working after a couple of weeks. I emailed the company to say that it was defective and they IMMEDIATELY responded with "we will replace it". All I had to do was give them the order number, my address and phone number. I was notified today that I will have my new replacement within a week. It truly is a great product and the customer service is outstanding.
