I just opened the box, and used two of these ice packs. I wasn't expecting to give a good review, but they stay cold for at least 30 minutes. They are also large enough for my forehead and eyes etc. Easy to activate by following the instructions. I have microwavable ones, that you can also freeze. They take up room and these are really handy. Especially when I have to go to an appointment. Will purchase again. Update they are 5" x 9" not 6" x9 as shown in photo.
These are well made, and not overly fragile or sensitive. They get cold very quickly and do get quite cold. Living in Texas and working in construction it is not uncommon to come across someone on eth verge of heat stroke. These can save teh day and literally save a life.
Just got them today. I crushed one to test it out to make sure it got cold and it got very cold in just under a minute. I have way more than I need, but at least I know they are reliable.
I used these after knee surgery for pain during the night, so I didn't have to go downstairs to the freezer for ice packs. They stay cold about 15 minutes. I used a VERY thin piece of fabric next to the skin; anything thicker than a tissue or T-shirt material would block the cold completely.
These cold packs work great they are easy to set up and last a good while

This is a must have item to have for emergency use in your home. Convenient, easy to use & store..
GREAT PRODUCT....These actually work very nicely. They are easy to break inside seal so that products mix togeather appropriately, thereby starting the cooling process. They seem to last a reasonably amount of time. We have used several large boxes of these with great results.
Great for emergencies when playing sports
Purchased to go in several first aid bags.
