This is so convieient for my son. He plays baseball and has arm issues as he is still growing as well. He is very prone to inflammation and I have been throwing these in the cooler with us. After games we have been icing his arm on our drives home. (We usually travel 2hours to play) This is genius!!! And I’m sure we will be able to use these for other injuries as well.
