Bought this bag for an anesthesia “code” bag, which is not it’s original intent. We don’t carry a portable tank,as in the product pictures, but it allows for a well organized airway bag. The two velcro mini bags are perfect for RSI/emergency drugs with syringes/blunt tip needles.
It could be a little wider to accommodate adult c collars but I like the way the storage compartments are set up. Looks great as well.
This bag is good. It has extra large capacity even our bag valve mask fits nicely inside. Good build quality, has nice compartments and looks nice too. We use this on my pool deck.

Love it, use it as my code bag, great for airway bag as well. Lots of compartments and elastic bands to keep airways in. Zippers feel good and bag it’s self is heavy duty. In a emergency situation organization is everything and with this bag I know where everything’s at with easy access. Couple things I would like better would be some sort of rope attached to zippers to make them easier to grab but that’s easily fixed with a trip to Walmart. Pictures don’t do it justice it’s bigger than it seems. Would be great trauma bag or airway/code bag.
This is a nice bag, and of considerable size. However, there is a section in the front that has elastic holders for very small items, such as you see in the photo, a penlight flashlight. Perhaps you could also hold other such small items such as drug vials. However, being a non-professional I have little use for so many small holders. I would have preferred a more versatile selection of holder straps. Other than that, it holds a lot and is fairly flexible in what items you can store in it.
