Really great to have hooked to my backpack for hiking
This is a great basic kit and the molle bag has plenty of room to add more medical supplies, to custom fit your needs.
Haven't had the need to use the kit yet however I do like the mounting abilities and the price of stocking it has gone down considering its mostly stocked. But if you know how chaotic an active shooter incident can be. You may definitely want to add more to it.

I'm no medic, so I don't know how great the supplies are. They seem of good quality. The only thing that isn't in here is a trauma kit. The bag itself is amazing. It's easier than most to attach and can be removed in less than 2 seconds.

Thankfully I’ve never had to use it. But it IS a strong material and I’d be hard pressed to say (or think) that it wouldn’t work.
Great blend of items. I purchased these for work trucks in place of the plastic box type first aid kits. Through it in the dump truck and go. There are very few extras needed unlike other kits out there for "everyday" use.
