My original review from order on 2/18/18 I recently purchased this wonderful over-sized heating pad and so far, I am in love with it! It is SUPER LARGE and heats up quickly, maintaining an even heat. I could not be happier, not only is it nicely made, but the extra long cord and being machine washable make it practical as well. This is the biggest heating pad I have ever seen. 9/1/18 Changing my review from 5 stars to 4 since I wanted/ had to order another one on 6/15/18 after the clips broke attach the chord on to the pad. I still love this heating pad and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a large dry/moist heating pad. I do agree with many of the other reviewers saying that even on low, it is still rather hot. I never go past the middle setting because even that temperature is way hotter than the high setting on every other heating pad I have ever owned.
I've had it for 3 months and it no longer heats up. Very expensive heating pad for 3 months of use....

I put this review up and less than 12 hours later was contacted by customer service and given the option of a full refund or to send a replacement pad. I took the replacement because it is a GREAT heating pad. Very nice size and heats up fast. Awesome customer service and now a very happy customer. This is why I buy all of my products based on reviews, very satisfied that customer service reached out to me and replaced the heating pad so quickly!
I suffer from chronic back pain, joint pain, endometriosis and PCOS and I need to use a beating pad on a daily basis. I’ve gone through so many of them and I never seem to find any that are comfortable or large enough, as I’m always moving the pad back and forth between different parts of my body. I’ve been searching for the largest heating pad possibly that was comfortable and budget friendly. I love this heating pad!! It’s a great size, definitely the largest one I’ve found to date - but I REALLY WISH that it would come even larger. It’s very light weight, super soft, distributes heat evenly, and it doesn’t feel like there are any wires inside of it. The cord is also long and this pad heats up quickly. I’m very hard on heating pads and it’s definitely resilient....and it even came in a pretty shade of purple! I also ordered one as a present for a friend of mine who has chronic pain and she finds it heavenly as well. I’m always with it and would definitely purchase it again- and probably will. Who doesn’t need an additional one to have when traveling? I100% recommend it.
This heating pad is a larger size than most. I had paid 4x the price on another brand for a little bit bigger size pad which only lasted for a year. The king size pad heats up quickly. It is hot at medium setting. On another brand, I own it has 6 setting this Proaller model is the same temperature at medium setting. The power cord is flat on the pad which is very nice and has not pulled out in the week I have used it. I have other brands that pull apart all the time. The best part is the size of this heating pad it will reach my neck, both shoulders and part of my middle back. Or I can place it down lower and it reaches my lower back to just at my armpits from side to side as I'm not a small person. Time will tell how long this heating pad will last. I use heat for relief of pain throughout the night and sometimes in the day. The heat stays on for about 2 hours and has auto shut off. I would recommend this heating pad to anyone.
Update: It is November 2018 and the pad is no longer working I checked out the cord and it was working. It is the components at the plugin on the large pad. The warranty was only 90 days. I'm thinking of purchasing another as it did the job and the size was great.
Needed an exchange, GREAT communication. Was an extremely nice change to see a company so involved in your exchange and making sure that you were 100% happy with your purchase. Highly recommend this seller. Heating pad is large enough to cover the back of the recliner and heats up quickly. Great product I just got a faulty one the first time. Was easily returned and company followed up on my 2nd one with several emails. No problems with this one, works great!

It heats in the center so the edges aren't warm and there are only 3 heat settings which are too much of a difference between the low and medium. Want something in between. **After my initial feedback, the manufacturer reached out and expressed their regrets that I found this pad not to have the heating area and temperature settings that are personally what I needed. They offered to refund which I accepted. The heating pad is actually very plush, soft and nice. Medium setting way too hot, low setting not warm enough. Auto shut-off doesn't work. Left it in when I went to sleep, still on when I woke up (and now looks shriveled)
Update on 6/3/18... after writing this review I was contacted by the company and was offered a no cost replacement (without having to send mine back). Very impressed with the customer service, good to know there's still good customer care out there!
I use this heating pad at work because I got sick of freezing in the air conditioning all the time and trying to type with stiff fingers. This heating pad works great for this purpose. It heats up fast and has a nice warmth to it. This would not be hot enough for me for sore muscles or to he therapeutic. I love the size, it covers my lap and I can fold it to make a pocket to warm up my fingers. I do like the cover also, it is nice and soft. The auto shut off of 2 hours is about right for me. All in all it is a good pad for the $40 I paid, the price is a bit steep at $46 in my opinion. My smaller Sunbeam pad gets much hotter but is not quite as large. If this pad got as hot as my Sunbeam, I would have given it 5 stars. Hopefully it lasts.
I can not tell you how much I love this heating pad. I use it almost daily! I'm 46 & have arthritis in both my knees & lots of muscle tension in my neck & shoulders from staring a computer all day. I turn this on when I get in bed & place it under my back & neck. It helps those areas relax & I usually fall asleep quickly. Its an extra large pad & it covers my entire back from my neck to my lower back. I've also used it when I have cramps & like a mini blanket when I'm cold. Great buy, well worth the price.
I have used several heating pads and never find the Xtra large to be much help since they are too light to stay in place just like the other ones - unless you are laying in top of them.
This one has a nice cover on BOTH sides, a perfect square and large enough to cover the area and stay in place with just a little more weight.
The heat elements end about 2 inches from the edge but since it stays in place, I seem to get much more relief without fighting to keep it where I hurt.
