Purchased heat pad for my wife. She has only one issue with the purchase and that's why I didn't purchase this sooner!
Wife loves it. Says it's the perfect size, well made, not heavy or bulky, heats very well and easy to travel with. She uses the heat pad daily since purchase.

I like everything about this heating pad, including the 3 heat levels, the shape and size, the cover fabric, and the long cord. The seller was very responsive to an issue I had with the first pad I received and went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied and happy. The replacement pad they provided came very quickly and works like a charm.
After looking at all of the options available from Sunbeam, I wasn't happy with any of the options. All of the ones I looked at were either too small to cover much of an area at all, and what I really wanted was a soft heating pad. So I started looking on Amazon for something larger and softer. After reading the reviews for this heating pad I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. Not only do you not feel all of those big cords running through the pad, it was a great size and it was very plush- much better than those plastic pads with the slide on covers that never stay in place. This pad heats up extremely quickly and has really nice controls. I can get it exactly where I want it and the cord is plenty long. No more small, lumpy, flimsy heating pad!
Beautiful heating pad!!! It is a very multi-purpose pad. Very easy to use, made from very nice fabrics, gives you temperature options ,with a very simple to understand controller. Honestly I want to cuddle this pad forever. I am very glad I bought it , because you get so much comfort for this little money. But be careful, cuz once you bought it you will wanna use it all the time ...so enjoy it ,like I am now😁

After going through way too many herbal wrap heating pads I decided to switch to an electric heating pad. After reading several heating pad reviews I decided to try the Heat Therapy Ultra Wide Microplus heating pad with auto shut off by Anegal. I purchased the large pad which measures 12"x24". I am beyond happy with my purchase. It is well made and super plush. I auto shut off is smart and super handy. It has three heat settings, each toggle up is noticeable. It also a massaging option which is a bonus. I highly recommend this heating pad. I am going to buy one for my sister.
Haven't really used yet but did turn on to make sure it worked when I received it. Heated up on all settings. Wish the hottest setting was warmer.
I bought this heating pad for myself a few months ago, and because I like it so much I bought one for my boyfriend when he developed back and neck problems. (I like mine so much I wouldn't let him take mine! 😄) We both love that it's so soft; I'll never use one of those stiff plastic ones again. Because it's pliable, it's comfortable to position in the neck area - none of that stiff crunchiness like with the ones from Walmart and Target.
Buy this - I promise this is one product you won't want to share, either!
Bought this for use on my shoulder, back or knee. I have rheumatoid arthritis and this heating pad was a life saver during a bad flare up. Flexible without bunching up. Heats well and good size for my back. Flex makes it usable for shoulder and knee. Unfortunately, my puppy chewed the cord up. I have already ordered another one!
Heats quickly and completely. When I’m using it my little dogs even want to be near it. Good size that gives good coverage over painful area. I use for cramps and pain in my arms caused by a pinch nerve. My husband uses when he gets home from work on his lower back where he’s previously had surgery. It seems to work well and no complaints. There is a trick though. If the controller starts blinking a yellow/orange color, turn it off and unplug and check the connection from the plug to the pad. Retighten and plug in the cord and then turn back on.
