While these don’t completely relieve my back pain and I don’t think much could at this point. These do help to elevate some of the pain I do have. I love that I can stick them on while they do their magic. I am in school and working, constantly on the go. At times I don’t have the ability to slap cream on, so these are perfect for being discrete when I need pain relief.

I have a pinched nerve in my back that acts up from time to time and these really do work. I’ve tried Motrin and nothing works like the salonpas. You just secure it on it puts off an ok smell and it warms up and works.

I love Salonpas. I sleep without them. There are better deals than this one. I think I like the older ones better. They are white, however, their potency is less. I am still comparing.

The patches are very small but the measurements are listed so it’s my fault for not paying attention to that fact. They still work but I would recommend getting bigger sizes So you don’t have to use so many to cover one single area
