I bought several of these to have our crew test them out, and they are indeed the genuine article for a few dollars less than our regular supplier (plus they come in a nice case). Once opened, and unfurled, I couldn't tell them apart from our first batch of authentic bandages. They are well manufactured, and work exactly as they should in our numerous drills. When we need more for our trauma & first aid kits, we'll be sure to stock these.
I’ll tell you what. If the Israeli forces use these kits for the threats they face, go with it. For treatment of severe injury cases like car accidents, bike spills, war etc. Bandaids are for boo-boos.
As advertised.
You will easily spend $20.00 on two Israeli bandages by themselves, but here you get a spiffy carrying case to boot! This item was so worth the price.
Great bandage. Would buy more.

Description
The Prep Trust Israeli Bandage is a pressure dressing. It combines a sterile dressing, elastic bandage and pressure applicator capable of exerting pressure on a wound. The closure bar, which secures the bandage at the end of wrapping, can also be used to exert additional pressure. It can also be self-applied, even one-handed. The Prep Trust Israeli Bandage is triple protected. It comes in hard first aid case, then doubled wrapped to ensure protection and ensures it remains sterile. They are truly a multi-purpose bandage and can be used as a make-shift tourniquet, ACE Wrap, or even a sling to immobilize an appendage. It's truly a versatile item that is not only a must add in your trauma or first aid kit, but a must for your glove box, backpack, garage, and camping gear.
Excellent product! There is still room in the kit to add additional items, so I added an extra pair of nitrile gloves and a flat-fold respirator mask. I can still add additional small medical items in the future. I keep a kit in each car and with the medical supplies in my house.
This is best for the money. I removed the bandages and placed them in my big kit, I then used the hard/soft case for an emergency first aid kit that I put together in my wife and myselfs vehicle. Everything is as described and in great condition. Expiration date is on par with other bandages of this type. But as long as it's stored in cool dry place and not opened or damaged it will last well past the date shown. Will be ordering again...
I hope I never have to use them, but these are the best dang bandages in existence. Thanks for caring.
Met all my expectations.
This is a great set of 2 Israeli battle dressings in a very high quality hard case.
Each dressing was shrink wrapped (with both an outer and inner wrapper) with the seal intact. I opened one for purposes of this review (and am, of course, saving the other and hoping I never need to use it). The bandage is a nice quality (keeping in mind that you only need to use it once), very long, and was fairly easy to apply one-handed to my upper arm. The packaging for each does include basic instructions for application, though you should never wait until you're bleeding out to learn how to apply one!
The bandages I received were manufactured 9/2/2015, and officially "expire" 9/1/2020. That being said, a sterile dressing doesn't magically "break" the year it expires. ;)
If I had any complaint about the product, it would be that there was an exposed glob of glue where the plastic attaches to the bandage (see photo). Not a big deal, just a minor QC issue.
The case has lots of extra room for other emergency gear to be added to it, and includes two mesh pockets with elastic to help keep things in place. All in all, I'm very impressed with this product!
