What's not to like? Awesome product; great price! For more than a decade, I've been using another product, primarily for headaches, called "Pain Aid." As far as I'm concerned, Pain Aid is the BEST over the counter (OTC) medication for headache relief, regardless of headache type. However, until recently,i.e., discovering "PainAway," I wouldn't give a thought to using any other OTC meds, for headache relief. Surprisingly, PainAway has, precisely, the same ingredients as Pain Aid, and at a considerably lower cost. Therefore, happily, I MADE THE SWITCH! I am now a lifelong PainAway consumer.
I used to sell this when I sold Industrial meds. I got married recently and my husband has problems with headaches. I remembered Pain Away and went looking for it. We now have to keep it on hand since he fund it to be the best remedy ever. I know that.....
Used this pain reliever almost 30 years ago when it was stocked in an employer's first aid kit. Was thrilled when I found it was still being produced. My husband was taking 6 ibuprofen or 4 Aleve a day. None of those products gave the relief that 2 Pain Away do
I do love all this company's line of products however, this is probably my least favorite! Only because they have a pain away II. Which I would recommend better than this one! Not saying that this doesn't work it just doesn't work as good as the pain away II that they carry! I'm prone to getting very bad headaches and well this does help a lot and it's convenient that each dose is packed individuall (so is the Pain Away II). But I'll say it one more time, if you're looking for something for back pain, headaches, any kind of pain relief - bypass this and go for the pain away II from the same company!
This stuff works like magic for headaches. It works quickly too! I swear by this stuff.. I have no idea why they ruled salicylamide as ineffective a long time ago but I truly believe it’s the magic ingredient.

We use these all the time. We feel safer traveling with these packets over a pill bottle so we always store some in our bags. I suffer from headaches during allergy season and these work great.
We have this in our medicine cabinet at work and that is how I discovered it. It is AWESOME! It works on pain that no other pain reliever will touch, such as toothaches, etc. I have had pain that even Loritab wouldn't relieve, but this stuff does! I highly recommend it.
It’s awesome and worth the money! The regular pain away is better than pain away 2, if you are wondering.
