This case is hard and of very nice quality. It 100% looks like the photos given. One zipper was initially stubborn but it was fine after.
I don't actually use this for an epipen or asthma, but for a different emergency medication where I need to use a syringe to extract from a small bottle and then inject. I also put in alcohol wipes and bandages. I managed to just barely fit everything in (the tightest object I successfully zipped in is 3cm wide. If you want to fit something bigger than that, it probably won't fit).
This is one of the smallest hard medical cases you can currently find right now (as of writing this, of course) on Amazon, and I highly recommend it.
