Fantastic for neck pain, head ache ir sinus/face pain. Stays warm... Stays cold too it is quite heavy but this is something that helps me.. Adds some pressure. Be vigillante with microwave process. Respect the level of heat that can be attained. It can surprise you. Go slowly until you know what level is right for you.

I bought this because a friend had a similar neck roll. This one is slightly different because it is filled with flax (the other one has some kind of beans).
The flax smell is a little off putting to some people, like my wife, but I don't mind it. If you have shoulder or neck pain this really works.
I absolutely love this and it is not a strong smell at all. I question this because so many people said it smell bad or strong it doesn't. I personally can't use herbal do to allergies and could not have tolerate a strong smell. It does have a mild smell but not to strong. And now to best part it is WELL MADE holds heat and make you feel so good. At first when you apply this it it warm and feels good but then 10 mins in Amen the warmth feels warm and Deep like it is get deep in to your muscles. And after you remove it you feel rejuvenated and less or no pain. I know it stay hot for more then 30 mins but have not timed it yet. And one final note I have searched and searched my Mother had a neck wrap that we have had for 20 year and could never find one that was a good as that. This is and I will be getting another for her. And was so Pleased after the first Application all I could say was YESSS finally I found the match to that one she has. What a treasure so really buy one and you will love it, I have a couple slipped discs in my neck and having this is key to relief from my pain and flare ups!!!!!! 😉🤗so worth the money as well really 🤑🤑

This is the second one I have purchased. They cannot be beat - never wears out, holds heat well, no fragrance - just terrific.
I love this neck pillow. It has a nice weight to it and a good smell after microwaving it. I use it for a stiff neck or sore muscles and it does the trick.
I bought this for my husband. It is well made and does what it is supposed to do. It's a bit heavy and takes more time to heat up than either our rice bags or buckwheat hull bags but it isn't a big problem.

I have severe arthritis in the hip joints, and this pillow wrap is great for warming my hips. This is my second pillow order, one for myself and one for my daughter in law. We both use them daily. I hope you never run out!
One word of caution. DO not microwave for longer than 4 minutes. Burnt flax seed is worse than burnt popcorn! LOL
Very comfortable and has a nice smell. Distributes and retains high heat well and is made of good quality, this is a good replacement for one (different brand) that got too hot and burned holes in the fabric.
