Love my hot shoes, as I call them. I have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis in my feet and these hot slippers work great. I pop them into the microwave and then onto my feet. I don’t walk with them and don’t think they’re made to walk in. Just sit down and enjoy the moist heat that the hot slippers provide. Arrived fast. No problems with my order. Highly recommend for sore feet!

I love these hot/cold foot warmers. really helping with my feet and ankle pain. I’m waiting for them to cool down to room temperature before throwing them back in the microwave. Heat lasts about 15 minutes not sure about ice yet.

Best buy I've made. My husband has circular problems in his feet. These are great for him. He enjoys wearing them in the evening to keepvhis feet warm.

No better way to keep her feet toasty warm! Slippers can also be used for warming hands. Have used slippers many times and quality is top notch.

The only thing that would make this product better is if it were electric or battery powered so it would stay warm longer. Heats in microwave quickly right out of the freezer! I haven't used it cold, but warm is divine, especially when I come in from the cold.

Simple,quick and easy to use! For a pair of slippers just microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes,adjusting the heating time as needed 30 seconds more or less. The heat lasts about 10 - 15 minutes, and if you would like the heat to stay warmer longer we recommend that once they are on your feet you simply wrap a throw or like around the slippers or slide under the covers proving insulation for a much longer warmth. As an Ice pack the slippers will help reduce swelling and ease pain. For cold the slippers should be stored in a closed container (a plastic bag is fine ) and stored in the freezer. The slippers are filled with rice.



These do the job! I wish they stayed frozen​ longer

Put in the microwave for 2 minutes, tuck those feet inside and wella toasty warm feet. Not the easiest to walk around in. More like a shuffle around the house. lol But it works great.

Mom has burning foot pain and poor circulation in her legs and feet. I put these in the microwave for 2 minutes and then put them over her socks. She says they are great and loves them. Really reduces her foot pain. Wish that they would stay warmer for longer than 20 minutes!

My clients love these!!! I use 1 gallon food storage bags to keep them sanitary.
