I ordered this to carry in my purse. It folds nicely and fits things nice and compact. I gave it 4 stars because I'm not sure the lids that hold the pills in each little compartment will hold up to daily use. It's not an actual functioning hinge. They're simply plastic that's thin enough to bend it up. Hopefully lasts because it's very handy and compact in my purse. The magnets are strong enough to keep closed.
Update: My husband took 1 of them to carry in his lunchbox. He works as an electrician in the coal mines and though it is filthy on the outside, it has held up well. Oddly enough, the way it folds, it even keeps coal and rock dust out. I'm still happy with my purchase! Changed to 5 stars!
These are OK. The compartments are large and will be able to fit pills, even larger ones. I did note that if you leave the box open and flat, it won't remain closed when you close it. The plastic pulls it open and the magnets won't keep it closed.
I suspect I will be wrapping it with a velcro strap or rubber band.
This review will be updated once the product arrives next month. (I had problems with Amazon shipping locally and I've had great support with the seller to try to work out a solution) but I have a little experience with this product already as my friend had one when we were hiking a week or two ago.
pros:
-It's pretty slim and compact. It barely fit in my purse but I had a tiny purse, but it was pretty well hidden in a backpack or bigger bag.
- My friend didn't have it over packed but it did fit little bandaids and those circle bandaids with pills, so its a little roomier than I usually see in packs.
- speculation but my friend never really refills it until they run out and theyre always equally as effective (months, years). Idk if medicine has a shelf life tho
cons:
It is a little bulky! I had no problem digging in her bag whenever she needed it cause it would always be the thickest thing in her front pocket so it's easy to keep track of. Putting it as a con cause the magnets do make it heavier compared to my wallet or something.
Not sure how relevant this is but it did feel a little flimsy around the hatch, I had to make sure it actually close before putting it away cause the magnet sometimes didn't click. We didn't have any spilled pills anywhere so it does its job.
Really convenient little case. I take a couple medications and a lot of vitamins/supplements, and I also like to carry things like ibuprofen with me. I had been shoving stuff into little plastic bags in my purse, and it was really annoying. I keep one of these in my purse at all times with a couple days of vitamins, and my other meds. The small compartments are convenient and stay closed. I have nothing bad to say about this product.
This has been my favorite pill carrier so far. I have dropped it several times and not only has it not broken, but the magnet has held it closed. The individual compartment lids continue to work flawlessly. I am very pleased with this pill box. I am still using only one of them, and its made sturdy enough that it may be a long time until I need to use the second one to replace it.

Much better than any of my other pill boxes. I love how it folds together to prevent the compartments from accidentally opening and spilling the pills. The compartments are a little tough to open at first, but not too much, and frankly I'd rather them be too hard than too easy to open. Plus, it doesn't obviously look like a pill box. And it doesn't take up too much space.
I can’t believe I’m reviewing a pill case, but this little number has actually improved the quality of my life & that of my elderly dogs (on medications). Not only does this magnetic pill box allow me to store varied pills in many sizes & packaging, but allows me to keep surfaces clear of pill bottles & boxes. As long as you don’t overfill the compartments, the magnet keeps on going - as functional as the day I got it. :)
These are great! They open and close very easily and the closure is sturdy. They feel very durable and are probably the best travel pill boxes I've ever owned. From the way they feel, I think they might be the only ones I'll ever need in the future, too. Thanks!
I was looking for two things when I decided to try this:
a) Very small so that it fit in my backpack pocket
b) Not likely to open accidentally
And happy that I tried. It is holding up well after few weeks and looks like it will last long. Having small blue lids not getting exposed to the outside is a key to its success.
I really like this pill case as it's easy to use and great for traveling. The magnet seems to stay closed even when the box rubs up against things in my purse. My only complaint, and it is very minor, is that I like to label each compartment so I know what's inside. So far I have not found a way to keep the writing on the tops; it easily rubs off with use and I used a permanent marker. I wouldn't let that deter you from purchasing this though!
