While im used to the traditional 'duffle bag' style crash bags used on most ambulances, I was looking for something more semi-stationary, organizable, and oxygen focused for use at our facility by our lifeguards. while id hate to haul this guy out of a ambulance up and down stairs, Its comfortable enough to run around a pool deck with. The semi-ridged design of the bag allow to to get your kit stowed just right knowing contents wont shift, and the organizer pouches are great for seting up grab bags for focused care (ie: Red is stop the bleed, Blue is muscular-skeletal, ect.) TLDR: Great BLS bag, not the best for grabing on and off the truck 10x a day, great for customization.

Well actually im a Honduran Red Cross first responder it works wonderful good size with pocket organizer it weights approx 18-20lbs

This is a great trauma bag option for anyone wanting to build their own kit. I used this bag for an easily accessible, well organized trauma bag for my medical staff to use. Well designed and also arrives promptly. I just received this product so I cant attest to durability over a period of time.

I would have liked a way to label compartments better.
Would also like there to be some more Velcro on the interior compartment for stability. Its a little flimsy on the inside until you fill it with equipment.
I have posted some pictures so you can see how I packed this bag. I added the labels after I packed the bag, they did not come with the kit.
Buy this if you are wanting a good, durable and affordable trauma bag.
Excellent bag! Has plenty of space and the individual pouches make it really easy to keep my gear organized. It fits perfect in the toolbox of my truck so it is always right there where I can grab it without having to be in the cab in the way like my old bag.
Nice, nice Go-bag - only trouble is that it's so purdy, I don't want to put it down at patients' residences or the scene. But, I'd buy another one in a heartbeat if & when this one wears out which looks like never! Great deal for such fine quality!

Awesome bag! I'm a first responder on a volunteer fire dept and I do several pov calls. I mainly run this bag as an airway bag got my own O2 bottle through the dept. it has multiple smaller bags inside the main compartment all different colors. Also there are Velcro dividers in the bag. I would highly recommend this bag to any first responder who goes to the scene pov
