It doesn't make me sleep or stop me from arriving overseas tired but when I get there and do go to sleep I can sleep a full night from the first night, it basically seems to wipe out your internal body clock which then resets when you do go to sleep again after you arrive at your destination. I've used it successfully 6 different times.
