As mom of the house I like to carry a "tiny" medicine cabinet in my handbag. This pill box is a good size for a ladies' handbag (smaller than a smartphone but doubly deeper than it needs to be for pills alone, easily fits in the handbag pocket meant for an eyelass case) , keeps moisture out with a removable/washable silicone seal, snaps tightly shut for no accidental pill spills in the bottom of your handbag, and easily has room for a dozen or two tablets of pretty much anything in each of the 6 compartments.
The 6 pill compartments are on one side of the hinged pill box and each compartment has its own tightly snapping lid, so there is no spillage between compartments. The box feels thick and sturdy. You can remove the lids to the 6 compartments (2 lids with 3 compartment tops each) but that would permit spillage between them so why bother. The dividers between pill compartments are not removable or movable so you are limited somewat choosing what size pills fit where, but the sizing seems generous enough. The other side of the hinged box is entirely open, so you could easily fit a few cotton swabs, individually wrapped wet wipes, money or credit cards on that side without contaminating any medications while the compartment lids are closed. But that open space isn't big enough for a phone, asthma inhaler, menstrual pad or insulin syringe. I would prefer the pill box to be long enough to permit pills on one side and a pair of reading glasses on the other, so I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
I've bought a thousand cheap pill containers and this is by far the best. The locking mechanism on the little compartments and then the entire container is so clutch for preventing those embarrassing pill spills. Doesn't sound like a maraca in my purse, and I like that the center sections are larger for things like vitamins. Doesn't feel flimsy and works great all around!
I originally got one for my gym bag bc I carry a little pencil case around full of meds all the time and I didn't want to have to pull it out for gym trips.
I let my husband use it for an extended drill weekend out in the woods and he liked it so much we ordered one for him.
Now I've ordered a third to replace what I carry in my purse.
It's small, the pills do not move, it takes up very little space in a purse/bag/ruck while holding a substantial amount of medications. I even slip some bandaids in there bc they get all wrinkled in my bags.
I've had these for a few months now and never have I found any compartments open or anything like that.
Love this thing! I bring it with me everywhere just incase I stay over someone's place unexpectedly. It fits most sized pills and a good amount of them too. There's also enough room in the case to store small things like hair ties before closing. This also works well for jewelry like earrings 😁
This thing is great! My son was constantly coming home from weekends away with "extra pills" and couldn't remember when/which pills he missed. I took a Sharpie and wrote Sat AM/PM, Sun AM/PM, etc on the individual compartments in the hopes that we would at least know what days and times were missed, but now he does really well at remembering his meds on weekends!
It's a little stiff and difficult to open sometimes so probably not good for someone with arthritis or difficulty with strong fine motor skills but it snaps shut tight. Not child proof, but pretty close.
Would definitely buy more if needed.

I bought this 8 months ago and I use it every day. It’s perfect. It lives in my purse and is exactly what I needed. It only has 6 days of slot which is great because I have to fill it up eventually which is on Sunday. If I had to pick one flaw it would be that it’s white so it’s kind of dirty now. Also, the smooth plastic is now all scratched up.
I bought these because the other reviews were so high. I wasn't expecting much more than a durable product but these over delivered. The silicone bottles are durable, do not leak and they are extremely easy to clean! Just squish everything out and roll it up! The caps secure tightly and the labels are genius! My husband is ordering another kit for himself!
GREAT product! I keep multiple prescriptions, otd pills, and vitamins on me - I’m one of those “just in case” type people... and I needed something more compact, discreet, and of course functional for these meds (don’t like looking like an addict with 6 different pill bottles in my purse). Saw this on Amazon, and thought $5 was worth the try. I’d buy it again, even though I doubt I’ll need to since it’s so durable. Highly recommend!
I love this case so much! i needed medicine compartments that were wide enough to store a lot of meds i have to take each day. I was taking multiple large pills such as metformin and they fit snug! I don't have to force the case to close nor do i have to worry about opening it and having my meds spill out. plus, it's travel friendly and it has a neutral design to keep your meds private/secure.
This is the only pill container I have found, of this size, that keeps moisture out and stays closed. I take many supplements & vitamins throughout the day and this container makes it easy to manage.
