As an injury-prone runner, I ice frequently. I used to just fill a ziplop bag with ice cubes, but it's hard to target my injury with loose pieces of ice. This makes icing much easier and less messy because the block stays mostly solid, rather than producing a lot of condensation. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!
I truly am so thankful for this product!
I have always been involved in sports and would previously use the old freeze-water-in-a-foam-cup-and-peel trick for those pesky sore muscles that never ceased. But thanks to CryoCup, all I have to do now is full a cup with water and wait – no eggshell-peeling required! Also, the top half of the cup stays on and ensures that your hands don't accidentally freeze...
I highly recommend this product to anyone that needs a cold therapy remedy.
I love this. I wouldn't ever ice cup simply because of the waste of a paper cup. Now I don't have to worry about harmful waste. This is perfect, reusable, and washable. I love this product.
This is the exact same item that the physical therapist used for my inflamed shoulder. So, I bought it to use it myself at home. Works great. Just have plenty of towels handy. Rub ice until the area is numb to take away inflammation.
It's pretty basic item but very helpful when doing ice work on a massage therapy client. May get a couple more to have on hand in case more than one person needs ice.

I use this ice cup all the time for my sore tennis elbow. It works the only thing holding it back from five star is is when you take out the holder with the ice attached it does drip all over the place but it is easy to freeze easy to use easy to maintain and works directly on the skin or sore body part you apply it to
Works great to concentrate ice on sore areas. I got the idea from my physical therapist. Its comfortable to hole, would travel well, and really helps after a good ice massage. I have chronic tennis and golf elbow.
This is an excellent product to use as a substitution for a traditional ice pack. I first learned about this at my physical therapist's and decided to buy one for myself. It's a quick and easy way to achieve similar results to regular icing. Be sure to not ice an area for more than 5 minutes.
This little gadget is something my PT suggested while rehabbing a knee replacement. It allows you to do a fast ice massage in a specific area rather than using a big ice pack for 15-20. There are times for both approaches. I highly suggest this inexpensive investment, and also encourage folks to take care of their knees!
Amazing! Hurts at first but gets the job done.
