My wife gets migraines and this is a go to. The beads will not ever leak on her and it wraps around perfectly and fits comfortably. Her only complaint that keeps it from a 5 is that it does not stay cold as long as she would like. I'm not sure how long that is, but she would like it to stay colder longer.
We are using this mask for my daughters constant headaches. It's easy to wear and seems to help. It freezes quickly as well. Great product. Have tried others with NO RESULTS like this. This is what you want to get. Thank You

Instruction
Seal entire migraine hat in a polybag and place in a freezer for at least 4 hours. Keep the ice pad flat. Maybe left in freezer indefinitely until ready for use. Very cold out of the freezer. Use the fleece side when feel too cold. Use the other side after the first 15 minutes
If hot therapy is needed, microwave in 10 second intervals, rotating between heating time with 10 second standing time, until optimal heat is achieved. The migraine hat should feel warm, not hot to touch.
Indications

I wish this covered the top of my head also. But the pressure all the way around feels great.
This ice pack is the best when I have migraines. It has ice packs all around and can be adjusted to how firmly you want it wrapped around your head. I prefer it to be very tight. It blocks out the light and really was helpful.
If you have chronic migraines, you have to get this. Its was 100% worth the money
Product is comfy and very user friendly. Great for sleeping with.
I fortunately have not had to use this yet but I did try it out after being in the freezer and I can see how this will help with migraines.
