I order this as a gift but I checked it to make sure it was sufficient. I actually want it for myself! Everything is top notch quailty. Special shout out to the stiching. I often find these are prone to poor or loose stitches. I love that is comes with a bag to protect it. I have never seen that before. I definitely will be purchasing one for myself in the near future!
Perfect invention for those with migraines! I got the two pack and I use one to cool my forehead and temples and the other I heat for my neck. It adjusts perfectly to any head size and helps reduce the migraine pain! Would highly recommend!

These work great for migraine. It's comfortable and I love that it's reversible. Wish it could stay cold longer, but that is typical for this kind of ice pack.
I’m so glad I made this purchase. I actually find myself using it more to cool myself down than for headache relief, but it works well for either purpose. It is true that the ice pack warms up pretty fast, but it also freezes again very quickly.
