This works great for reminding me to drink water. Like most of the reviews state, this lil guy WILL FALL OFF! I lost it twice; first at the train station and lost and found retrieved it for me, then once right in front of my house and I’ve had it less than a month. Luckily I found mine otherwise it would have been a worthless purchase. Buy velcro stickers to hold the clip closed so it wont slip of the band.
Bought for elderly parents who can’t hear squat and forget to stay hydrated. They enjoy yelling at each other that the light is flashing. It does its job and is entertaining for those of us that don’t live with old people that have lost their hearing.
I loved this product until today. I faithfully used my prompter and took it with me everywhere it was so helpful, especially sine I’m a diabetic and really need my water. BUT, today it fell off my glass and we noticed it when we got home from various errands today. I’ve had it about a month so even tho I love it it’s too expensive to order another one since I don’t know how to keep the loss from happening again!
I am one of those people that know I need to drink more water throughout the day, and even if I have water on my desk at work - I sometimes still forget. I saw this little item on an ad when I was on facebook - and I thought, what a neat little idea to help you remember to keep drinking! And honestly, it works wonders for me!! I love it! The tiny little light starts flashing every 40 or so minutes and reminds me to drink some more. Hopefully it will help me get into the habit of remembering on my own.
I thought I was being ridiculous when I ordered this. In the first week I've been using it, I've averaged about 100 ounces of water a day. I was struggling to make it to 64 and failed most days. I would say this was a great investment. I followed the advice of others and bought some of the round Velcro stickies and stuck one on the Ulla and the other portion on my different water cups so I don't have to worry about losing it! So far I haven't even come close, it doesn't move!

Have noticed improvements in my skin due to increase in water intake. The last one I tried beeped at all hours of the day, so I had to discard it. This flashing is perfect, a good visual reminder, but not intrusive.
Love this. I've had it a few months now, and the battery's still working. I bring this to work to make sure I drink water throughout the day. I highly recommend. My colleague had this and she started a trend!
I love this, works great for people who have desk jobs. I have a big 50oz water bottle and have had no issues with the Ulla falling off. So far I have been able to finish my whole water bottle before my work day ends. Its not too small or too big, it's perfect!
I love it! I have a desk job so you would think it would easy to remember to drink water, but really all I did was stare at my water bottle all day. I would look at it, but I wasn't thirsty. Then at night I would be so thirsty that I'd be up all night, if you know what I mean. I sleep better at night, I feel better during the day and I even have more energy. It's amazing what staying hydrated and can do for you! I recommend this product to anyone and everyone!
Love this - it never automatically shuts off like it says after two flashes . But it defiantly increased my water intake . At work people laugh when it flashes and says ur water bottles calling u ! I love it
