Lightweight. Easy to adjust and wear. Stays in place. I love to walk while icing. I leave the wrap in the freezer with a gel pack installed so I can pull it out and go. Velcro pocket closer keeps the gel pack (bought separately, not included) in place while moving. Easily wraps around my X-Large waist to ice my lumbar. Highly recommend. I use Amazon recommended gel packs as the inserts for this wrap since this wrap does not include a gel pack. The gel packs Amazon recommended fit perfectly. Get more than one gel pack.

This is a must have item at you home. You can use this in almost all of the parts of you body. The product looks cheap but I'm using it for few months now and it still holds well. I used it on my legs, shoulder, neck and arms. Any 4"x10" icepack can fit inside this Wraptor. I'm using 3m brand for the gel-icepack which is also available here in Amazon.
Simple, convenient wrap that works well for back, knees, wrist, etc. The Velcro pouch is flexible for just about any ice/hot packs up to 5 X 10". This wrap, however, may be a little small for those who want large area coverage. I wish the material was a little thicker and more durable, but overall, I am satisfied.
Remember that ice pack is NOT Included. I personally went with Nexcare Reusable Cold/Hot Pack 4 x 10". It fits perfectly and works well.
While I agree with other reviewers who said it doesn't stay on the thigh if you're walking around a lot, this does stay put on arm, stomach/hip, and also leg as long as you aren't too active. It sure beats trying to hold an ice pack on a spot. I have to use an ice pack every day as I take a shot that requires icing afterward, and this is perfect as it allows me to complete other tasks while my ice pack stays put. When it's on my thigh, I will say it slips a bit if I try to do much, but simple slow walking is okay.
For my purpose, this is amazing and I love it.
Like that it can be used on different areas for pain relief. Soft and adjustable. Fits the gel packs perfectly. Can be wrapped on a sore ankle, for instance, or around the waist for a sore back.

This ice pack wrap holds a standard ice pack and is plenty long enough to wrap around all sorts of areas on the body. It sure has staying power--it doesn't loosen or shift. Love it.
Love this wrap, my only complaint is that it isn't long enough to go all the way around the knee. The elastic is very secure and it doesn't slip even when walking.
My wife has a pet walking business and spends a lot of time out in the hot summer Houston heat. This item has made her work bearable. I asked her if she would like to try some other products and she said no, this item is the answer. When I got it, the package was so small, I thought the manufacturer forgot to ship all of it. But all items were included.
I bought this to use with the small Roscoe Hot & Cold Gel Packs. It's super soft with a good elastic & Velcro strap to hold the cold pack at just the right spot on my knee. Perfect!
When I hurt my calf, this did the trick and freed up both hands for me to do work. It's a great alternative to permanently holding the icepack to your body, or trying to position yourself against something flat to pin the ice pack into place. I like how the velcro wraps are extra long and stretch easily.
