My husband makes great homemade bread. Trying to keep it fresh was a trial because the loaf would not fit in a one gallon bag until it was about half way gone. With the 2.5 gallon bag the whole loaf fits with room to spare. And, the bags are great for pizza. Can easily hold 4 slices of a 25" pizza (2 wide with parchment between the top and bottom layers.
These are great for storing sweaters over the Summer and tops in the Winter. When not traveling I store two travel cups and thermos together. My daughter uses them for protecting her clothes in her travel case and to put make up and other item she needs while travelling. So many other uses.
The very best bags for packing for travel. Forget the expensive packing cubes sold now. These bags will do the trick and are more flexible to fit in your suitcase. And....I can't find them at brick and mortar retailers any more. Have stocked up.
These are great bags for storing larger items and, as several other people have said, you can't find them in the supermarket anymore. They're great for freezing a whole loaf of bread so you don't have to divide it in half and use 2 bags. Thank goodness you can find things now online that the stores just decide to stop selling!
