Very nice ice pack and soft support for my knee. I have a chronically bad knee and I have used this all week with both hot and cold. It's brought more relief than I thought it would. I like how I can alternate it easily and reuse the insert. The wrap itself is comfortable to wear and doesn't pinch or slide down provided you strap it on appropriately. The insert was a little tricky to fit the pack in initially since the hole is smaller than the pack. This is a good thing because it helps to hold the pack inside the insert. You just have to fold it in half and unfold it once inside the mesh insert. I'm very pleased with this purchase and glad I bought it.
The ice pack is malleable and flexible, even when frozen. This has been an issue previously with shoulder and elbow ice wraps I've used before, making me a robot with limited arm movement. The pouch is slightly small but snugly fits the pack once placed and straightened out. It fits my small knee very well and has enough room to tighten more or release some if needed. The wrap is easy to apply and the pack cools in a few hours! I used it after playing men's league softball and it was very comfortable and mobile while still properly icing my knee. This will come in very handy since I've sprained my knee before and softball sometimes aggravates it. The length is great and should work for everybody, this is a highly recommended knee wrap, or even ice pack!
I'm quite surprised how much I enjoy this knee pad. The ice/heating pack can be removed. You supply put it in the freezer for a few hours or in the microwave for a few minutes and then place it in the brace and wrap it where it's needed. The gel pad stays cool for over an hour which is plenty needed got icing your knee. It is a little difficult to get the gel pad in the sleeve but nothing unmanageable. I would recommend this product to anyone with sworn sore knees.

I am more than happy with the quality of my new arris knee wrap! The quality of the wrap is phenomenal! I love that the item has 2 pieces, the wrap, and the ice pack. By having the multi piece design you can save room in your freezer by only having to put the ice pack portion of it in there. The wrap is very thick, and the Velcro is very strong! This product has been great for my sports Injuries. Putting the ice pack into the wrap is super quick and simple. I cannot recommend this knee wrap enough!
This thing works great! Perfect for sports or other related injuries as a cold wrap. And although I haven't needed it for a warm wrap yet, it seems it will be equally as effective. Because it's a gel insert it stays soft to conform to your knee, so from the freezer it doesn't get stiff like a piece of ice. Also the mesh pocket that it sits in, helps to insulate your skin so it's not too cold to the touch. Overall a very effective wrap, even used as just a wrap for support without the insert.
By far the best investment I’ve made since starting to exercise. I have had a couple different brands that were stiff and bulky. For me, this wrap is perfect! It is comfortable to wear in bed after throwing it in the freezer or microwave.

I like the ice pack included that fits perfectly in the brace. I did have to play around with it quite a bit to fit my knee properly to avoid it slipping down when standing or making sure the ice pack was where I needed it. The Velcro straps did allow for the adjustment required and overall I am satisfied with the brace. I bought it for cold app,cation when arthritis flare ups cause knee swelling and pain..
I originally purchased for my knee to help reduce swelling but later found it works great for a severe ankle strain. The ice pack is flexible when frozen and easy to shape to your knee or ankle where needed. The sleeve for the ice pack is made from a durable grade of neoprene with quality stitching. The shape of the sleeve, with two "arms", make it easy to shape and stay where you put it. The ice pack stays cold for about 30 minutes, cool for another 15. I ordered an extra ice pack so I can always have one cold in the freezer. Although designed for the knee, it is flexible enough to shape perfectly for my ankle and probably elbow as well. Some have complained that the sleeve opening for the ice pack is smaller than the ice pack, but that is by design to keep the pack in place. Just fold the ice pack in half to insert and then unfold once in the pocket -- easy. Haven't used it for heat yet.
