I bought this as a gift for my brother who wears hearing aids. He had the constant problem of moisture build up as he does work outside a lot and, naturally in the Florida sun, the applications took abuse. The first night he used his Zephyr, he said the quality of the hearing aids were almost like new again. He was impressed.
I bought this when my older DryStore died. This newer one was to replace that dead one and to use in travel. I think the bigger one is equivalent to the Global II but it was obsolete. This new one works great and fewer moving parts for travellers.
It happened that I ended up corresponding with the company and...the service was jaw-dropping excellent. Great company.
I find my batteries are lasting longer and no problems when I have been caught in the rain. i bought on the my audiologist. i would buy the none electrical version.

Nice product. Works to dehydrate my hearing devices. Small size is convenient.
Works as promised, great product. Although it was two extra days because of it being shipped Fed X Ground. It was raining so they didn't want to delivery.

An overall good product. I have been using it for 2 years now and had no problems. My hearing aids are visibly dryer when I get them out in the morning.
