I love these so much that I just purchased them again. Because I use them most of the day I need more just in case, They stay cold and are just the proper size for me. I have several spine issues as well as nerve pain in back and legs for me this product works the best! They stay flexible when frozen so you may use them where you need them. They are offered in several different configurations or as singles so there is something for everyone. I did try to go the DIY route and found I simply had a soggy, or too frozen mess. Nope I will use these every time they are well worth the price.
I have the same water cups that actually keep your ice from melting a few minutes after you add it. These also work very well for sports related injuries.
Thank you Coldest Ice Pack and Coldest water cups for a product that is well designed and for offering them on Amazon Prime so they may be received in 2 days.
These ice packs are pretty awesome. As soon as you get them out of the box you can see the good quality. And they are cold, I mean COLD. Definitely follow the manufacturer's instructions. The second time I used it I placed it directly on my skin for almost an hour (two things you are not supposed to do) and it actually froze a small fist sized section of my skin solid. It felt like there was a plastic disc inserted right underneath my top skin layer. So ya, they are that cold. The only negative is the strap that came with this set is flimsy and not very strong, but the quality of the ice packs themselves more than make up for that.
Update!
The seller sent another full order to me right away without question because of the velcro issue. Great product and customer service to boot. I love these ice packs!
These cold packs are simply the best! The set of 2 is perfect so you always have one ready while the other can re-cool. The sleeve included is a must. Only problem I encountered is that the velcro is already breaking down. The little plastic hooks break off very easily and soon the strap will be useless. This does not effect the quality of the cold packs at all and the sleeve still works as the perfect skin barrier but hopefully they can improve the velcro going forward. Even with daily use I would hope the velcro would last longer than a month. I cannot find an option to buy the sleeve separate either. Regardless, I still recommend this over all others, hands down!
2 gel packs ~ easy freeze; separate sleeve with velcro strap for secure placement. I fell and bruised my right leg; and developed a bacterial infection below the bruise. The itching from the rash was intense. The only thing that eased the itch was ice packs. I got tired of using bags of frozen vegetables with an ace bandage to secure (do not use bags of frozen fruit ~ as they thaw, fruit juice leaks out ~ blueberries are the worst) I decided to buy "The Coldest Ice Pack ~ 2 Flexible Gel Ice Pack" and I am overjoyed that I did. Antibiotics are clearing the infection, but the Cold Packs are what took away the itching and swelling. Easy to use and secure with the velcro strap. This is such an excellent product I just purchased a second set!
This is the best ice pack and really the coldest I have ever used. I had major dental surgery and tried a couple of brands. I purchased this a head of time and I am so glad I did. They are comfortable and flexible and come with a wrap that you can use to Velcro it on. It took me a while to figure out the Velcro thing. But regardless with or with out I used it. I purchased two of these and would even recommend these as gifts. In fact these will be on my Gift list. Honestly I wish I had only purchased this brand. If you had any idea of how much pain I was in and how much these helped, you would be amazed.

Other reviewers have mentioned the high-quality flexible (non-vinyl) covering of the inner ice packs, which is quite comfortable next to the skin if used without the pouch. Other well-designed aspects of this product are its pouch and strap. The pouch is webbed on one side that contacts the skin, making it feel very much like there is no obstacle between the cold pack and your body (unlike many other designs). The other side, which could easily gather condensation (since it's in contact with the air if you're using the webbed side), is a soft, absorptive material that barely feels damp even when used in high humidity. Finally, the strap is just the right length, has longitudinal ribs which help it bend comfortably around joints (e.g. around the back of one's knee), and when not in use, is pre-folded so that it stays out of the way. A lot of thought went into this design! The only thing I don't understand is their company's name, which seems to suggest a pack filled with water rather than a chemical gel.
This is my second purchase of Coldest Water packs and I’m thrilled to have a backup right now. I’ve used this product for the last 12 months after undergoing an injury that ultimately has resulted in the cast you see here. Getting a cold, flexible pack on an injury is crucial and there is no better option out there. I know, I’ve tried them all!
After reconstructive surgery on my ankle 4 weeks ago I ordered a second set so I can rotate them and get a longer time to penetrate the cast. Yes, I do feel the cold through the cast and it provides a level of relief that no other “ice pack” can provide.
If you’ve done your homework this is the right answer to the question “what’s the best option out there today?”
Using this product to freeze belly fat!
It’s the perfect size & comes with a “sleeve” with Velcro to wrap around arms, legs, etc.
It stays cold & there are 2 in the package :)
Whatever your issue whether it be a bad back or screwed up knees, this is THE best product I've found and I've looked a lot. They really put a lot of thought and effort into the design and made sure the belt attached has enough length to cover even the beer-est of bellies. The best bit is that it's cold water so it's super cold, but pliable so it's not like a hard rock being placed up against your inflamed bit. It gently molds itself to your body part.
That and when I ordered something that was missing a part (this one comes with a belt attachment and slider opening to put replacement "cold water' pack into and they were quick to respond and sent a full replacement, so great customer services as well.
I am so happy that I bought this! It really is the coldest ice pack ever . I specifically bought it for my arrest because they hurt after a lot of typing at work . If I apply this at night for about 20 minutes 2 times, The next day I’m all better . It stays cold though for at least an hour And its very moldable to body.
